We were in today to see about upgrading. They no longer had the phone we originally came in for. With their help and suggestions, we were able to find another phone to get that would meet our needs. The gentleman helping us was very helpful and had great customer service. The other gentleman working also chatted with us and was great !

Bad experience - staff was unfriendly / no communication. They had us at the store x 2 hrs trying to sync my old phone to the new phone I just bought. They were unable to sync the phones so they shut both off and restarted the sync process. They told me it was going to take 7 hrs to do so, I left the phone with them. Told them to call me if it was going to be done sooner. I called them 6 hrs later and the manager left a note for the staff that they were unable to sync the phones. Told us to go to the apple store which I did the following day. Apple staff synced the phones in a matter of minutes. Tmobile staff also gave me a new number even after I told them I wanted to keep the same number.....so I had to go back to the store and experience the same unfriendly staff.

Had two terrible customer service experiences here. The first was when my husband and I were switching to T-Mobile and getting new phones. The staff who helped us was VAPING while helping us, and blaring loud, inappropriate music in the store while others were trying to look around and contact their current providers. The second time, we went to inquire about a new watch and waited for 30 minutes to get help. There was someone in front of us at the desk, and the staff was on the phone, so naturally I thought he was on the phone trying to help them, and I was understanding on waiting for them to finish up. However after 30 MINUTES of us being there, he hung up the phone and explained to the customers at the counter that he was on the phone with T-Mobile regarding his OWN bill. So he kept all of us waiting for a half hour because he was on a personal phone call. He then asked what I was there for, and was able to give me an answer in two minutes. We could’ve been in and out within a couple minutes, but instead waited 30 minutes for him to be done with a personal call that he was having in front of us, nonetheless. Hopefully the manager can see this and do something because this is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

No manager for this location. There was only 1 person working and he told me that there was only a total of 2 employees that work there. He said that everyone else had left.

After some trouble getting my new iPhone 13 to connect to T-Mobile, I went to this location to get it worked out. Fortunately, it wasn't at all busy when I came. The technicians were very friendly and helpful at getting the problem worked out rather quickly. It was the good experience I was hoping for.

On 5-10, I don't think the employee was interested in serving a current customer as the information was incorrect, wrong model numbers, wrong trade in value and an 'I don't care' vibe.

Lousy customer service, smell wise, and touching his phone right in our face. Didn’t help us what needed to get done, so we left and went to another location. He was handling this situation like he did not want to help us and gave us poor informations. All I have to say is this T-mobile is very unprofessional. He perform himself very unprofessionally as well.

Nothing wrong with the location. T-mobile customer service reps are the worst. I’ve spent an hour and a half on the phone to get nothing resolved. I called to simply add in a new line and ended up having the rep tell me to go into a store location at the end. I can’t wait to move my family and I to a different carrier.

Today, having grown exasperated with Tracfone Wireless, I went to my local store to switch providers. I chose to go with T-Mobile. I cannot say enough how impressed I was with the service and the ability to switch so quickly.Needless to say, I'm impressed with T-Mobile.

Nik and Khalil were great! Helped me upgrade my phone and switched over a SIM card to my old phone for my mom. Nik made sure everything was completely set up before I left. I've been with T-Mobile for 22 years and this level of Customer Service is why I stay!!
