Incredible customer service! The Packaging Lab has always responded to me promptly, whether it be email or phone, and has always kindly answered my questions. I had a print job that I wasn't completely satisfied with, and The Packaging Lab quickly made it right. The products always come out as great quality too.

Boom Shaka Laka!I've used the PKG LAB for a couple of years now, but have finally found my spot for them to propel my brand to the next level, blowing out competition because they don't even know the PKG LAB even exists. Fantastic communication, clear direction and always a GREAT product or they make it right. We had a lot happening at once, there was a mistake, we caught it, the corrected it and there were NO questions asked, they got the job down. That's what a small business is about! Packaging Lab is such a great find - they have made my life a lot easier. I highly recommend using their design service ("Design For Me") as well - makes it a breeze to get your packaging made, and really great value. Their customer service is excellent, just a great partner for a business owner. If they have what you need, go with them. I also like using local/USA companies like this when possible. My food pouches get printed and shipped super fast - within days - so I can start production on short notice.

The Amazing Caramel Company had a wonderful experience with the packaging lab. Greg Bates was our designer and he was very helpful and patient with all of our design changes. I'm frustrated but not surprised by the treatment I have received from this company. My race I'm sure has played a factor with the none professionalism and communication I haven't gotten from them. I was unhappy with their work and I asked for a refund to be ignored by them. I would not recommend their services. Spend your money some where else if you want your project completed in a timely manner and a get what you are seeking. Otherwise you will lose your money spent and not get a refund if you're unsatisfied.

I placed an order for 250 standup pouches. It took almost three weeks and then was delivered to an incorrect address. When I contacted them - I was told "well we shipped it so there's nothing else we can do, we are not going to re-do it for free". Poor customer service for sure! I would not recommend them at all The package has been found but not only is the customer service horrible but the packaging as well. The stand up pouches are poorly sealed in the gusset area and when I put the product in it, it pours right out. Not only poor customer service but poor product as well which is unfortunate because the printing was done well. So I’ll give 1 star for the printing.

The packaging lab creates custom printed pouches and film In As little as 24 hours. In an industry that sets the standard at 8-12 weeks, this is unheard of. Online quotes and the ability to creat your artwork online sets them apart.
