I am sitting in my vehicle after experiencing some of the worst customer service ever! Upon entering the UPS store the older sales lady had the biggest frown on her face. I said 'hello' she said, "what do you want?" I can't do that!! If the clientele isn't up to her standards, then my money goes elsewhere. Be warned, she was downright nasty. Follow-up/look at the pictures of the customers who had a positive experience. Then look at the way POC are treated like we are worthless.I will not stand for this bigotry.

I walked in & was kindly greeted. The associate was super friendly & professional. Got me in & out in less than 3 minutes. I had a great experience today. Thank you!

I'm done using this UPS store. Always closed when it says open in Google. It's 1230pm and the store is gated up and no one there .

I had a package that said was delivered, but didn’t have proof of delivery. I called the customer service which led to someone at this store calling me. Said they would get in contact with the driver and arrange for the package to be delivered to the correct spot. Within 30 minutes the driver showed up and delivered the package. I understand packages can be mid-delivered or sometimes missed. Especially during the busy season, but I really appreciated the urgent response to get the package delivered correctly.

Always smells like weed in there. Definitely the employees because they're clearly high when dealing with them.

I gave this UPS Store a Five Star Rating is because Asia gave me excellent customer service. Fast friendly, and efficient she was working alone. Great job Asia. Thank you for all your help.

I called ahead to find out if they had a notary on staff. Woman tells me that their notary is on vacation until next Tuesday. When I tried to ask where I could find one she interrupted me, talked over me while I was trying to finish asking my follow-up question, and she just told me to call other stores. Overall it was a rude and unpleasant experience, and now that I know what the staff at this location are like I know I'll never be setting foot inside. I'll take the hike to Maple Grove instead.

I was greeted right away. Services were clear and explained. The store was clean and organized. My service time was less than 10 minutes.

Very rude old lady doesn't even greet customers. Said drive around to dump the box we don't want your box as I told her I was going to leave it there.I would love to hear from her boss. So unpleasant experience. I would have given zero if I had any chance to do it.

Called, waited a long time no answer, female was on her phone with another female on speaker phone, common sense says the manager of this location needs to fire her or the manager themselves will be fired. Hate calling people out to be fired but this is an easy decision imo.

lady at the front desk was disrespectful and she was on the phone with someone. i asked her if she could send out my packages just to make sure and she gave attitude?

Not sure why so many negative reviews post-Covid. I come here 2-3 times a year and The staff is doing their best to assist everyone. Be nice to the staff please.

I believe it's the owner managing the desk, her attitude and customer service are beyond disrespectful. I came in 2 times but never again. The first time I went to return a router to my cable company-she literally turned the box upside down and dumped the item onto the counter... I am financially responsible to return in the condition it was received. No apology, she then grunted, "you take the box with you I don't want it". The second time, they accepted an online copy order, even though the copier hadn't been working for about a week and had no idea when it would be repaired. There was no contact from the store to say there was a problem and when I went in to pick it up "another" very helpful young female employee was explaining that the copier was not working-when the owner comes over and starts loudly talking over her to say the same thing. She kept loudly saying that if I wanted to email her they could print it when it was working and then charge me when it was printed. I mentioned that I had already paid online and she then proceeds to raise her arms up and loudly said in front of a store full of customers, "whatever- I just can't with you-I am going to the bathroom". I have NO idea where all that came from. But I have honestly never had anyone behave that way. Ma'am you should be embarrassed... you were inexplainably rude and unprofessional, the only one you made look bad was yourself. You can keep the $2 and cancel my order. I will not be returning and definitely sharing my experience regarding your store.

I've worked in customer service and understood that people can be horrible. I understand that it can be unbearable dealing with the public. However, I also understand that if you can't keep your cool in these situations, you shouldn't be in customer service. My experience at the UPS store #1981 was truly beyond belief. The person working there needs help and to seek anger management. I was not rude to the lady, only trying to communicate through the situation. The cashier clearly did not have time to talk through the situation or to offer more assistance. She talked to me in such a way that it upset my daughter, she's 12. In the end, I kept my cool and handled my business. However, the next day it still wasn't sitting right with me. She was not only disrespectful to me but also to my daughter. I decided to call the store to file a complaint. I quickly found out that the cashier from the prior day was there and could hear me on the phone. The cashier continued her rampage while I was on the phone with the store manager. The store manager said nothing and did nothing. Meanwhile, the cashier has called me names and threaten me and my daughter.... "That fat b**** Can come back here...her and her daughter! I don't give a f***** The manager had zero reaction to the cashier calling me names or threatening me. I told her I could hear the things she was saying. The cashier responded with "I don't care". The manger on the phone still did nothing. I never even got the chance to explain why I was calling or what the issue was. I said to the manger she just threatened me. Her response, I told her to be quiet. I asked if anything was going to be done. The manger said she was not going to talk to her with customers in the store and me on the phone. So not only am I being cussed out over the phone, but she is doing it in front of other customers while being disrespectful to her manager. Again, the manager did nothing. No resolution to the situation and the cashier continues to work there.
