This branches phone number popped up on my office caller ID today so I answered. It was ultimately a Zelle scam so I hung up. Be aware of scammers calling from this number as it is mentioned in other reviews in here.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the security guard very politely. I just needed to reset my password after my account was locked. Ariel and Samantha were very helpful, fun and friendly to talk to. This branch is always slammed and the workers at Brooklyn park do everything they can to try to help them.

Me and Mo had a unique experience with each other yesterday. He really is just there to help people and is great at that. We both came away better than we came and he deserves all kinds of recognition for not only being able to learn from our experience but helping me learn too! Thank you Mo
