I was told over the phone that I could bring my change and get cash. That's a lie. When I showed up at the bank with my change I was turned away by jerks who work there and said "I don't know why she said that". What a way to say that we don't properly train our employees or this bank is full of con artists.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They’ve practically been garnishing every cent my boyfriend has had in his account in order to profit; intentionally leaving him at a negative balance, and they refuse to compensate him for the money that he lost. He’s advocated on his own behalf, and has even went to the extent of closing the account down, and yet he still was not heard and they continued to charge him additional fees. I personally will never give this company my business. They’ve been nothing but inconsiderate to the people that I’ve known that bank with them.

Went in to use the ATM machine. Person using it was struggling with it quite a bit, so I switched lines to go to a teller. The security guard tells the person the ATM watch out for stuff like that and pointed to me. Like what? I was standing several feet away looking at my phone waiting. Felt very uneasy of being confronted by the person because of what guard did. Absolutely insane experience for something that should be mundane.

I had a frustrating experience with US Bank when trying to open a business account for my LLC. The process took months, required numerous documents, and was ultimately canceled without notification. I would not recommend US Bank for business banking services. In contrast, Wells Fargo has been a much better experience.

Certain people at this branch are just simply amazing that’s why I continue to work with the branch however! I’ve had quite a bit of problems cashing or withdrawing money I called customer service to verify if my funds were to be released I got confirmation ! However I was denied from withdrawal yesterday .standard 225$ was available right away until my funds were available , prior to this transaction . and I was clear to go I even got confirmation on the app. The manager told customer from what I know that’s their new procedure customer service said she couldn’t confirm it because she was new but she witnessed I was correct in that my funds were available. I had deposited a check greater than 5k last time and was told the other bankers made a mistake I thought this was suspicious so I went up the street to maple grove high energy highly responsive and they allowed the same exact transaction to go through. They verified my funds and my account and identity and us bank app and found everything was appropriate. They wouldn’t even let me withdraw money from my regular account at the Brooklyn park branch and the bank teller acted as if she didn’t want me there instead of getting angry I told her thank you for your services. Manager just seemed as she was making up procedures first she said it was a new procedure than I aske 2 mins into the conversation and then she said it was no new procedure because my next question was going to be can I have that in writing. So point being I’m very disappointed I actually go here often so I try to speak to those I know but I’m never opposed to seeking new counsel. The new bank helped out wonderfully! I see the morgage person soon I will be cautious on any unfamiliar faces

Sean the security guard was friendly, kind, and helpful from the get go.
Mo, the personal banker, was knowledgeable, respectful, and knew "his stuff". Plus he was humorous and put us at ease after a very frustrating interaction with phone customer service.
I would definitely go back to the Brooklyn Park branch, even though there are 3 branches closer to my home!

What’s the use of the branch phone number listed if I can’t reach and talk to my banker? All calls go to main phone and no one to talk to - and yet they eagerly accept checks to be deposited and failed to credit the new account I requested to deposit the funds to. The funds are sitting in one of our other accounts. And, I can’t reach anyone at that branch over the phone to talk to. Frustrating!

There are never enough tellers working, and miraculously every time I visit the machine are down today and going slow. The machines might be slow, but there's certainly no sense of urgency from the staff either

Slow as hell. The computer system always shuts down. Today, there was a rude employee working the drive thru. Very snappy from the beginning. No greeting, just what are you trying to do lol SMH. These interactions are common at this location.

Two tellers women working this morning, one is very slow and the other is very talkative, she doesn't care how long the land is and the looks on customs faces. She kept going at the back room getting food to eat and laughing about it.i stood there for 30 minutes from 9am to 9:30am I'm from Fargo I been to so many usbanks in other states. That woman needs to get fire terrible customer service reading my information loud. Unprofessional staffs.
