How long has your no receipt no return policy been in place? I just tried to return 2 Walgreens products and didn't have the receipt. My issue comes in when the cashier asks if I have a receipt. I tell him no. He calls the manager who doesn't respond for 5 minutes (while he keeps talking into the microphone asking if she has even heard him) then she informs me of the 'policy'. If that's policy why wouldn't your cashier have known? I've never heard of this before and have not ever seen anything posted. I understand theft return protection but this is kind of out of hand. I will not be giving my business to Walgreens any more.

If I could give a zero I would. Went to pick up my Rx through the drive through. After verifying my personal information, name address b/d etc I was given and drove away with some else’s Rx. I would be mad if I knew that Walgreens had given my Rx to a random person. Will not be back. I know Walgreens really doesn’t care because they haven’t responded to my previous negative reviews

Today I had a horrible experience with Michelle the red head lady at the pharmacy. I was sitting in the far right lane in the prescription line outside. She decided to skip me and go to the next person in the left lane so I reversed and asked why she skipped me. She then told me that car was there before me, which was a blatant lie. then I come inside, and when it's finally my turn, she decided to skip me again and again and help all of the cars mind you she was rotating back-and-forth when I was waiting in the line of cars outside. When I said something to her, she said well I was going to help your next, but you decided to drive off. I explain to her what she was telling me it was wrong, and that none of those cars were there before me. She completely ignored me and not help the inside line at all until I was done. I horrified by this lack of common sense, and respect.

The new black cashier have really bad attitude and shes very unprofessional I went there today then when she handed me the bag she shoved it in my hand and gave me a dirty look I asked for my receipt before she handed me the bag and when I looked it wasn't even there I just left

I called in to see if a baby product is on shelf because we called 6 Walgreens and even tho they show they have it in stuck when we called they said they didn’t have it.So, I called this Walgreens and Jessica who claimed to be be manager refused to go and see if they had it. Mind you she said she had a cashier there as well. Why are you a manager if you can’t quickly help a customer who called you? Lack of empathy and professionalism. A manager who couldn’t manage to help a Customer who needs help for her baby. Unbelievable and disgusting.

Went to the dentist and went to this Walgreens at 3pm....I had to wait until 9pm to get my meds!! I was in such pain!!!

Edit: Belinda at the pharmacy drive-thru is awesome! Friendly and helpful!Often utilize their drive-thru for prescriptions. Always ready when I get there, friendly service for the most part. I did my first pick-up order at this location and picked up at the window — smooth transaction.

This memo pharmacy for nine years but after today I will no longer come to this one at all they’re so unprofessional they don’t let you know until you get there that one of your medicine is not there and I don’t let you know when it will be you have to wait forever just get a prescription filled my prescription was sent at 1:30And it’s still not ready

Normally I get great service at this location although sometimes it can take over 5 hours to fill a prescription I come here due to the drive through vs going to maple grove where I live. A lady by the name of Fordusa in the pharmacy department looked at me and did not acknowledge me for 15 minutes and when I tried to get her attention her exact words were “ if you notice I am busy” she informed me that I can go to another location if I don’t like it.

There are 3 or 4 piles of broken glass in the parking lot and has been there for over a month. If your tire goes flat after visiting that's why. I park in the auto zone parking lot next door and walk over now. Be careful no one sweeps and that is after telling them about it. They don't care so unless you have to avoid completely or just go through the drive through.

I was really sick and took my prescription there and left my info to receive text updates and then no one sends a text. So I call and they're closed. Wow great pharmacy I'll never go here again

Went in to get our medication and they said come back in 2hours, we came back in 3hours and waited for 30min and they said "it won't be ready for two hours" and we said that's what you said 3hours ago and then they left and came back 10min later to tell us to come back in one hour..... they are so disorganized and the slowest service.

I called needing a prescription refilled. Pharmacist asked if I wanted another refilled that was due, I said sure. Get home from picking it up and they never refilled the one I called about in the first place. Call back. Have to go out of my way to get back there but I get my prescription. Now I need to deposit my paycheck and I can't because they gave me back my card and ID loose in the bottom of the shopping bag. Which is sitting on my kitchen counter. I hope. I'll find out when get home. But this pharmacy has given me nonstop problems for years. I need to start going elsewhere. They make simple errands absolutely horrible.

I needed to get a prescription late at night, and this was the nearest location open that late. The store was clean and well staffed. I have been here a few other times, years ago, when I lived in the area. (About 18 years ago.) The store looked about the same to me as previous times that I had been there. The pharmacy was in much worse shape. The doctor had ordered the prescription through their computer system. There was a lot of confusion about it. The tech told me it was "just ordered." I said, "Oh, I thought it would have been ordered about half an hour ago, when we were leaving the doctor." She said, yeah, we only got it a half hour ago! So I don't know. They were moving pretty slow, but it was very very busy. Every person who went up to pick something up (or drove through the drive in, which was quite busy!) it seemed like they just had so many questions and needed a lot of help. There were also 2 people they had to turn away for being out of stock for their medication, which isn't great either. It makes them seem even more disorganized. That being said, the customers seemed to be more of a problem than the staff. The staff was very patient, even when explaining things multiple times in multiple ways. But they were maybe a little too nice to keep things moving at a good pace.

FOR THE PHARMACY: I would give negative 10 stars if I could. That's how horrible my experiences are at the pharmacy now. I shouldn't have to deal with these issues over and over. These are MEDS, staff needs to be TRAINED better & actually pay attention! I'm ashamed of those who work at the pharmacy now. Last year there was a wonderful pharmacist with blonde hair who always answered my questions and helped me, ever since he left many techs left too and it's just a s*** hole at this place. I've been picking up my prescriptions here for the last 10 years. I have a chronic illness and am constantly in the hospital or sick. The last few months I've come to pick up meds I've only had issues and I'm tired of it! The WHOLE PHARMACY needs to be FIRED! Pharmacists included. Honestly I've had atleast 5 mistakes since May 2018. They've sent my prescription to brookyln center TWICE. Sometimes I uber to pick up my meds and having a email say my prescription is ready at 7700 Brooklyn Blvd is GREAT until you get there and they say they don't have record of that and you show them and they say it must've been an error; this is happens 3 times and it's NOT okay. I don't have money to go uber to a different pharmacy. The staff here is poorly trained and does not know how to help patients. I've run into the same tech and I've never received his name. Always screws up my prescriptions, He is a short kid maybe 18-22, Asian ethnicity. I was there yesterday and he made another mistake saying I had zero prescriptions to pick up When I had received numerous amount of emails stating they were ready for pick up. I called Monday to confirm and a pharmacist said they would be happy to put a note in my file to keep them all week for me. This guy yesterday who I've had numerous problems with, told me there wasn't any record of my meds filled or a note. I LITERALLY just got out of the hospital 30 minutes before I got there and told him that, he asked me to come inside and I explained to him I have no energy because I got out of the hospital. (What's there to explain anyway?) then somehow he pulls up a file and says I'll be paying $60. I tell him he is incorrect. He reads off prescriptions and there are added prescriptions on there that I never asked for. I tell him to remove it and only have the original 3 I had he said he doesn't know which those are. I tell him and he says the total is around $44. I say NO, this is incorrect you're doing something wrong I was told it's $250. He tries to tell me insurance just gives me a ball park estimate. Excuse me? I've been going here for 10+ years don't try to lie especially if it's a patient. He calls a pharmacist over. I'm tired of arguing I tell him to refill my meds ASAP. Guy tells me the total will be $45 and done in 20 minutes. I come back 3 hours later, go inside and the same kid tech is there and sees me, looks down and tries to ignore me. He was also doing something but he was not busy. 2 minutes pass and he asks a girl who comes to tell him it's 8:10 I'm going home now, I was supposed to leave 5 minutes ago." Guy tries to whisper to her to help me because I guess he didn't want to or he was scared? She helps me and guess what the total is? $255. WALGREENS PHARMACY on Brooklyn Blvd in brooklyn Park needs new staff. This is unacceptable and the whole reason I transferred from Brooklyn center to Brooklyn park was to get better service. I am ashamed that this is now my home pharmacy. 1 more error here and I'm filing reports, I'm definitely switching to CVS. Too many unnaceptable experiences, makes it look like Brooklyn center.
