The Doctor sent my son's prescription to this location. They never called to inform me that the prescription was ready for pick up. I had to call and go through their automatic phone system 3x but it couldn't find my son's prescription status. I then finally was transfered to talk to an actual person. I was on hold for more than 30 mins just to reach someone. She spoke with an annoyed attitude over the phone and told me that they did receive my son's prescription and it's ready for pick up. I sent my husband to pick up the prescription. The drive through line is crazy long. They made him go back in line because he didn't have a copy of my son's insurance card with him. They didn't even tell my husband what the amount for the prescription would be either. This place is such a hassle! They are unorganized and rude. Never going back there again.

From my experiences, I choose walgreens and they deliver great service. The associates are very pleasant and are always helpful.

So my reason I’m giving it a three stars because the cashier upfront was extremely friendly and nice but the lab text back in the pharmacy or the people cashing out in the pharmacy. Need to quit treating people like they’re stupid. My prescription was sent over two days ago for my kid and he’s sick and I’m still waiting on it and they filled one and the other one says in progress but they both got sent over at the same time and then I’m asking you why when 1 got filled yesterday and the other one is still sitting there and you have no answers and you won’t even go to the pharmacy or pharmacist to find out why you just shoot me away. I know you’re busy I understand, but I waited my turn and I wanted my question answered.

Went there to grab my meds, the pharmacist’s there are snobby, if you have medical assistance they are probably going to make it confusing and difficult to get anything

First time in the store and I received horrible customer service from LaQweda. She talked back and was rude when I asked for service. I won't be returning.

Well this has been probably the most interesting visit to Walgreens I've ever had! Apparently I was shopping for too long for their liking and I asked for help three times and he ignored me after helping me about an hour before, I was asking for a price bc the price tag is not there!
Well they never said anything thing to me negatively/or seemed like anything way wrong..
However 45 min after I had asked him for a price check... Social workers from the police department showed up to see if I am alright or not. Not even asked to leave/trespass or Nothing they without saying a word to me just called 911 and had them ask me if I'm okay!
WTF?? really? Apposed to talking to me as they assist me or anything at all.. they do this!!???? Wow!
The we're not requesting that I leave or nothing.
Well I had searched online in the time that I had and found it on Walgreens website for 69.99 and also found it at Target for $49.99.. asked if they price matched?
They said no, we don't and so with all of that I didn't buy a damn thing and left! I had 5 other items probably something like $130 worth besides the item that brought all of it on and btw.. one of them was a brain game magazine and it was 1
$17 something!!! Yikes it has been Years & years since I bought a magazine lol funny it also was expired it says display until August 5, 2924! Was going to ask for a discount being it was supposed to be in the dumpster on the 6th

I'm just at a loss.
First I'm told I can pay for my prescription on the app. It will give me a QR code and my roommate can pick up my prescription.
So I put in my order. It was ready, and so was I to pay for it through the app and send the QR code so I could get my meds.
Nothing. Again. Crazy app needs its code looked at personally. So I thought, OK, I'll try calling a 3rd time. A young-sounding man answered and I asked how the process worked for the 3rd time and again was told I don't know... this is terrible franchise management.
I then asked for the store manager. He said he was the store manager. Appalled I hung up.
This should not be this difficult. Either the process exists or it does not and at a minimum the store manager needs to know how to talk a customer through the process that gives the store money over the phone.

Excluding pharmacy staff, do not enter this "business" any later than 30 mins to close if you don't want to be verbally attacked the second you walk in by any and all employees making you well aware of precisely how much time you have left to be there. No hello, Never a smile, just a "you have 4.467 mins." Or, tonight, well before 10pm, they hiss at anyone who walks through their unlocked doors (because, ya know, must remain open during business hours, not when miss priss at the register decides to close shop.) Wish i could say this was a one time experience. Believe me sweetheart, I did not want to have to come to this location (but sadly i wasn't even graced by your compassion as i was only there for the pharmacy) any more than you wanted me to walk through those damn unlocked doors. Must be nice to decide your own business hours despite corporate policy. This location leaves such an ugly mark on all other Walgreens who are mature enough to do the job they are paid for despite their personal feelings. We've all been there, worked God awful hours, have some humanity.

My daughter and I were shopping at the Walgreen on 85th Ave. My daughter asked to go look for some candies and one of the employees came to ask her if she stole anything or put something in her pocket. My daughter showed her that she was cleaned. I didn't know about the incident until we got in the car. I went back to ask what happened and why was my daughter being accused of stealing. The cashier said she saw my daughter from the cashier area and looks like my daughter was stealing..Really!? Really. What make you think you can go up to anyone and accused them of stealing? What kind of training is that? What kind of service is that? I hope you go back and get a better glasses. You are very bias, and I hope this is not relating to race.

Writing this review on my girlfriend’s behalf, horrible experience she took in a camera to get some film developed and told her it would take about 2 weeks. Time went by 2 weeks came around so she gave them a call and when she asked about the pictures they said “Yeah no it’s not here or done” and hung up. Staff sucks at this store. Also there is this homeless guy who sits outside and begs you for change (I get that’s what you do when you’re down on your luck) but you don’t harass people and follow them to their car to make them give you change. If I could do 0 stars I would. Will be going to a different walgreens from now on.
