I have always loved this Walgreens. It is well organized and the staff are usually amazing. However, recently, a young lady started working at the drive through. Although she is efficient and attentive and gets the job done quickly, I am disappointed with her lack of customer service skills in the areas of greeting customers. I do hope Walgreens trains her and all future staff to welcome customers to Walgreens and ask how they can be helped. This young lady always says, "last name?", but nothing else when I come through the drive thru. I don't feel good when greeted by her because I feel she is so focused on getting the cars through that she forgets there are people in those cars. A more appropriate greeting, and one that would align with this stores usual high-level of customer service would be to welcome me be saying "hello, welcome to Walgreens. How many I help you?". If I go through there again and she still conducts herself in the same fashion, I will accept that this location of Walgreens doesn't care about the survey feedback or Google reviews. In that case, I'll consider going elsewhere such as HyVee or Costco for my prescriptions. We need to teach youmg people how to be good adults or the lack of customer service will become the norm. This was my second encounter with this individual. I provided feedback the first time but unfortunately nothing changed. This Walgreens generally operates at a 5-Star level. However, due to this encounter, it was below average. Communication is key to showing customers appreciation for their business. Training and expecting staff to abide by expectations will ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction.

The pharmacist are not helpful and give conflicting information. They don’t help investigate any issues nor point you in the right direction. The cashiers are rude.

I just experienced the worst customer service in my life in this Walgreens. I was trying to check out, but coupon didn’t work. The cashier asked if I clipped coupon to my app, I told her that I did and showed her the app. I asked her if she can help me, because I had issues with the app before. She began messing with the app and then said that I didn’t clip it and that I’m an idiot and stupid!!!!!! I told her, ok , let’s do it together. I put the phone in front of her and ask what do I need to do. She called me an idiot again and then said click that. After clicking, the app actually went to some weird screen that basically was asking to do everything again. I told her that it’s exactly the issue and she said that it’s my app!! and that’s why it’s my fault. Anyway, after calling me names a few more times, I was trying to pay and she wouldn’t give me the change. I asked if she can give me the change so I can leave. She said I already told you. I asked what exactly. She said, I’m not going to repeat, you are an idiot. Then l asked if there is a manager. He was apparently standing right next to us. I asked him for help, and he replied that I’ve helped by that woman (cashier). I asked him if he thinks that is acceptable for an employee to talk like that? He refused to answer, and said that I get out if I don’t like it. I told him I’m trying as soon as I get the change… They refused to provide their names, but I managed to see that manager’s name was Caleb. Obviously I’m switching the pharmacy now, and would avoid any Walgreens whatsoever.

Professionalism is almost non-existent these days. I think stores need to start sending employees to Chick-fil-A or In-N-Out Burger to find out how customer service should really be.

If I could give 0 I would. Have been using this pharmacy for over 14 years. Not sure what happened in the last year or so but it is absolutely horrible. The dr sends a script and it takes hours for it to get filled. Normal scripts they don’t even have anymore and there is no warning or heads up that they no longer have it. The employees at the pharmacy have the WORST attitudes and act like the customer is an inconvenience to them. No manners what so ever. My kid has pneumonia and we have been waiting hours for their script to be filled to give them a little bit of relief. Tried calling was on hold for 20 min and no answer. Should have sent it somewhere else could have had it filled and been home. Never going here again. Get your shit together Walgreens.

We've been going to the Walgreens on 85th for 15 years. In the last 8 months, the pharmacy service has been terrible. My son has been getting the same prescription there for 6 years. They have stopped stocking it. There have been zero messages about it being late, filled, or other. We just have had to show up to figure out what is going on. The staff seems to be a revolving door of different people every couple weeks.

Stopped in for vitamins. I appreciate that you can get 2 for 1, most of the times on many types of vitamins.

My daughter and I were shopping at the Walgreen on 85th Ave. My daughter asked to go look for some candies and one of the employees came to ask her if she stole anything or put something in her pocket. My daughter showed her that she was cleaned. I didn't know about the incident until we got in the car. I went back to ask what happened and why was my daughter being accused of stealing. The cashier said she saw my daughter from the cashier area and looks like my daughter was stealing..Really!? Really. What make you think you can go up to anyone and accused them of stealing? What kind of training is that? What kind of service is that? I hope you go back and get a better glasses. You are very bias, and I hope this is not relating to race.

Train your employee better on customer service. I was with doordash and I believe her name was Sally, gave me an attitude when I approach her needing help. There was no one at photo booth and there was a sign which CLEARLY stated to see cashier when no one is at photo booth to assist. She told me in a rude tone to read what it said on my doordash phone and which I did. Then said she can't help because she's cashier. Another cashier had to help with picking up customer order. Smh

Rude staff, waiting four hours for medicine for my 9 month old. Tried to explain the situation to them but they didn't want to hear it. Been using them for 5 years and have been very patient with them.
