Sam figured it out! My computer decided to scramble the picture minutes after signing in. It turns out a memory chip was the culprit, so when that was removed, all was well. Thank you, Sam, and my bride says "you're welcome"This shop is a wonderful place to care for your computer issues!

I had a Lenovo laptop in which needed a frame replacement. The owner Sam was very quick and responsive to my needs. He got it fixed in about a week and a half. I will definitely come back here for computer repairments.

!!!PLEASE READ!!! I HATE that i even have to click one star to write this review. Today I gave this company a call and had a very shocking conversation with the man/employee who answered the phone.I called about getting my laptop battery replaced. I asked him if i could purchase the battery online and bring it to his shop to have it replaced and he said yes. However he stated that the battery may not be compatible if i do not purchase it through him. I completely understood, and asked if i could stop by the shop to show him a photo of the battery i wanted to purchase to get his professional opinion on if it would work.This is where things take a turn...He completely changes his tone and demeanor and states that i MUST PAY HIM for getting his opinion and it would be a complete waste of his time. He becomes extremely hostile and disrespectful. I was completely shocked at what i was hearing. I was referred to this company by a friend and was looking forward to being serviced by them. The customer service was HORRID and this was just via phone call. I would never go to them.-1 STARS. TERRIBLE. RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DISRESPECTFUL.
