Worst customer service ever. Made appointment when I got there they told me I didn’t have one. Gave me the run around. The manager didn’t even have the balls to talk to us.

Had an appointment. When I got there was told I didn't have one. Banker we talk to said she was working on something didn't have time for us. She spent a good 20 minutes talking to us and her bank manager. In that time she could've taking care of us. Plus the manage didn't have the balls to come talk to us. Real poor customer service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.On June 3rd 2023 at 1:08 PM I went to the Wells Fargo ATM on Zane Ave and withdrew $1000 in $50 dollar bills. Nothing was wrong with the amount, the problem was the with the ATM that dispensed 2 ripped $50 dollar bills. The next day I went to the branch and explained the problem. The teller I explained the issue to was very rude and wasn’t helpful to me at all. When the manager got called over he told me how he couldn’t help me and how I had to file.a claim with Wells Fargo. I filed a claim on June 4th. Today is June 26th and they sent me a letter regarding my claim basically saying they couldn’t help because the amount was correct. But the problem wasn’t with the amount it was with the ripped bills. After I received the letter called the number on the letter and they said they weren’t able to help me because the amount was right. I’m disappointed that the bank dispensed those bills and didn’t want exchanges them.

Justina was very unprofessional and ignorant. She made fun of name and asked why did I pick that name? Whenever I called her out, she would laugh. She continously laughed the entire time i was there. I was very uncomfortable with my interactions with her. I felt targeted because of my race. She also gave me incorrect information on the questions I asked.

Don’t come here. They’ll refuse to cash checks because they’re busy, I thought that’s what a bank is for. They’ve also taken cash deposits and entered it wrong and saying they can’t look into it. Love to watch Wells Fargo burn. I’ll be banking elsewhere.

The manager at this branch Boima Hill is rude as ever. Take the time to drive to another branch, if you can. What a waste of time, when we were able to go to the maple grove location and get what we needed to be in done in less than 5 mins, after sitting at this location for over 45 mins, just for the rude manager to say they can't verify the check. Not the first time apparently according to other reviews.

Vary Bad service the cashier were vary helpful and kind but the manger or assistant manger was not helpful at all he acted rude and had seem vary irritated and turned me and grandmothers away when we had questions to due with the bank and are information

The hours online say the drive through is open until 2pm on Saturday’s which it was not. Someone needs to update these hours or something I drove 45 min away to get to this location by 2 and they were closed at 1:20 when I got there

Worst customer service! I am African American. Majority of their staff are of colored people. I don’t like using the race card however this Wells Fargo are racist to their own people. I own a business and have been banking with Wells Fargo since 1995. When I stop by the branch, they are always rude. Whenever I try to complain to the manager, it seems like he doesn’t care about his customers. Never banking with them again!

Worst bank I’ve ever experienced I got told to come back a different day so they can help the next in line because the manager “Boima hill” didn’t want to verify my check due to it being almost 5pm and kept asking me “weren’t you jus here?” When I never been inside one of your branches and never plan to again because of this, yet he helps a lady for 20+ mins before me which was no problem at all until he told me he can’t help and told me to leave which I was very confused about because everyone was still getting customer service and people were still walking in to cash there checks after he told me NO to cashing a WELLS FARGO check at WELLS FARGO multiple times because he said he didn’t feel like it right now just come back in the morning so I asked for a Business card as he came back to give me one he told me his name and said don’t ever come back to this branch again .NMLS ID:1375039Bank manager- Boima Hill

Was here two weeks ago, the personal banker I was working with, Justina, was rude. Yes, I got what i needed however my experience with her customer service was terrible. She spat a piece of food stuck on her teeth right in front of me. It was not to the trash can, she spat it out next to where i was sitting in front of my face. Also I had a legal name change and she kept chuckling to herself whenever she said my name. I don’t understand what was so funny about my name. Made me feel like I was being made fun of in her head.

Sent away after being told to come her to empty my deceased family members deposit box, told one one appointment available for the entire week. I moved around work to come and no one knows the proper way to handle it.Sitting here waiting longer to get an answer. I came prepared with all the documents needed to close but the staff was not trained.
