“These people are great! My in-laws have processed their beef here for a few years now. They have been very accommodating for splitting and preparing for the parents and 3 siblings for the cuts they want. I have recently made a VERY weird request for Rindersaftschinken. A German BEEF ham! Sorry I suck at names, but the man i talked to took care of my request very well!! They followed through, ready on the day we discussed! All in all wonderful service!!!! THANK YOUSE guys for the SPECIAL request!!!! Will continue to go to these people!!!”
