We had our irrigation system installed, sod, and all exterior landscaping of our home done by Advanced Irrigation and had an absolute fantastic experience! From start to finish, they were incredibly respectful, punctual, and professional. They arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and showed exceptional attention to detail in everything they did. It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers high-quality work but also makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the future!

We can’t say enough great things about Chase and Advanced Irrigation! Chase is incredibly helpful, quick, and always so friendly. Every time we’ve needed support, he’s made the process easy and stress-free. I stopped in to Advanced Irrigation, Inc. as I was needing rock for project I was working on; I worked with Steven Epple (Director of operations). Steven went out of his way to help me and delivered the rock I needed in less that 1 hour-amazing service; thank you Advanced Irrigation for all you help!

They are impossible to get ahold of and never call back. Very frustrating when you have one of there products that is approaching warranty expiration

Couldn't be happier and more impressed with Chris Swanson and the Advanced Irrigation team. They were referred / recommended to me by my brother, who also had them install an irrigation system. Chris came out to my house to provide an estimate for new sod, irrigation and a paver driveway. We traded a few emails, had a few calls, and he stopped by again to confirm a few details, based on our discussions. Chris was always accessible for any questions, punctual with our appointments, and patient with all of my questions. I ended up leveraging Advanced Irrigation for sod and irrigation, and they also regraded my yard and ran drain tile from 3 gutter downspouts and my sump discharge down to the street. The price was extremely competitive and the workers showed up on time and were very friendly. I was very particular about how I wanted my yard graded, and they were happy to make sure it was done correctly. Chris assured me there wouldn't be any surprises or additional costs once we'd agreed on the scope and price, and there weren't any - in fact, Chris didn't charge me for a last-minute change I made that required a small bit of extra work with the drain tile. All that to say, I can highly recommend Advanced Irrigation with confidence - and I'm loving my beautiful new yard!

Unfortunately this was the company that Lennar used for new constructions. What irked me was that after the sprinklers were put in, they didn’t decide to adjust them. There was a sprinkler that goes into the street and the other to our screen door. We have called and left voice mails for them to come back to assist those two. We finally got a call back after weeks but bc we already scheduled the winterization with them, she said that when they come back in the spring adjustments is made with turning the sprinklers back on.
We had our winterization appt and the person didn’t show up during the appt time. No notices. Called that company to see if the person was still showing up or not and she was not even apologetic. She let’s me know the tech person is running behind and will be there in 30 minutes. That’s an hour late. Not a professional company.
Surprise to know that a great company like Lennar uses this service. SMH.
We will be looking at other irrigation company for services going forward.

If IDGAF was a company, it would be this place. They are contracted to do our lawn maintenance at our association. Their mowers dig up the lawns, they leave twigs and branches scattered all over the driveways, the lawns are unevenly cut, grass clippings everywhere. God forbid you park your newly washed car outside, it'll be covered in grass clippings, when they actually show up. While other associations have lush green and perfectly maintained lawns, we're stuck with these clowns. Do yourself a favor if you're in the market for a lawn service, hire anyone but these people. They honestly only care about taking your money.

This company installs irrigation for new Lennar homes and I am so tired of waiting for them to install my irrigation. It's the end of August and I still haven't received my irrigation system... They just don't work. I can't use my yard. They say it's bad weather but that's a lie. It's been a completely dry week and do you think anyone worked? Of course not, LOL. I suggest you find another company if you don't want to wait forever for your irrigation.

They were contacted by my builder to install a sprinkler, they never started it because their was no grass in my compound, new construction. The following year l contacted my builder thought sprinkler was not working because it was never used, and the builder said l should call them to check on it . They ended up charging me again.Tried to explain but they started making fun of me.

We requested 1 sprinkler head be moved after a concrete project. Quote was an approx amount without it being seen. Aware this could change depending on what they find when they arrived. Scope of work changed due to their recommendations, completed the work (left the grass a bit messy) and then billed us over double of what was originally mentioned. Zero communication about any changes in the scope. Super disappointed that a call to the owner for scope changes that increase costs isn’t part of their business practice.
