“Got 4 new tires installed yesterday and was not a great experience. People had called in sick and they were 2 hours behind. Our appointment was for 11 am and we got out of there well after 2pm. The 4 stars however are for one the team members working there which was Dante. He was checking people in and out while assisting customers coming in from the store pretty much with no help from anyone and he handled everything and everyone calmly and politely. No manager that we could see and if there was, he or she certainly weren't helping that's for sure. Anyway, Dante did great and definitely deserves some recognition and a raise!”
