“Buffalo Collision just recently fixed up my new Honda Pilot after an accident had put a pretty ugly dent in the hatch and bumper. Their customer service was top tier, their work was perfect, and all was done (even work with insurance) in a timely manner. “Jason and Jeremy here are awesome and do amazing work, they painted one of my doors on my pickup after a technician wrecked the paint leaving the door against a hoist during a repair and it turned out amazing and matches/blends with the rest of the trucks paint perfect. They even do all the paint/body work for the ford dealership in buffalo so you know only top notch quality comes out of this place! It definitely shows they stand behind their work, I would use them again anytime and recommend to anyone!”

“Stopped in three weeks ago to pick up a replacement brake light bulb, of course they had it! A young man by the name of Tim helped me at the counter and then offered to install my new bulb, what a pleasant surprise!!! After a few minutes of an unforeseen complication Tim was persistent and got it installed, yahoo! Great customer service!”

I've gotten the proper brakes, filters, and the special oil that I was looking for. They happened to have it, and suggested additives that were very beneficial to my car. “Got 4 new tires installed yesterday and was not a great experience. People had called in sick and they were 2 hours behind. Our appointment was for 11 am and we got out of there well after 2pm. The 4 stars however are for one the team members working there which was Dante. He was checking people in and out while assisting customers coming in from the store pretty much with no help from anyone and he handled everything and everyone calmly and politely. No manager that we could see and if there was, he or she certainly weren't helping that's for sure. Anyway, Dante did great and definitely deserves some recognition and a raise!”
