“Jason and Jeremy here are awesome and do amazing work, they painted one of my doors on my pickup after a technician wrecked the paint leaving the door against a hoist during a repair and it turned out amazing and matches/blends with the rest of the trucks paint perfect. They even do all the paint/body work for the ford dealership in buffalo so you know only top notch quality comes out of this place! It definitely shows they stand behind their work, I would use them again anytime and recommend to anyone!”

“Stressed when car lost coolant. Ryan's Cadillac service department has always been top notch for all my auto needs...real or imagined. So rather than save a buck and stay within the 5 mile limit for tow with AAA I had it towed to Ryan's. So glad I did. They were able to service the car the same day and upon my request took care of a tune up and other request. I recieved a call my car was ready early the next morning. Saved me a heap of money on car rental, cabs and missed appointments. Ryan's in Buffalo and their service division are awesome. I like the service to track progress on your phone is a great idea although I didn't have a chance to use it because Brad kept me apprised of each step of the repairs. Thank you again.

“Got 4 new tires installed yesterday and was not a great experience. People had called in sick and they were 2 hours behind. Our appointment was for 11 am and we got out of there well after 2pm. The 4 stars however are for one the team members working there which was Dante. He was checking people in and out while assisting customers coming in from the store pretty much with no help from anyone and he handled everything and everyone calmly and politely. No manager that we could see and if there was, he or she certainly weren't helping that's for sure. Anyway, Dante did great and definitely deserves some recognition and a raise!”
