“I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!! This was the best experience ever. My car would not start. I first went to NAPA across the street and the employee there said I had 60% battery and did not know how to start my car when I had to turn it off. I went to O’Reilly and said my battery was dead and leaking. They had changed it out in 2 minutes. The whole process took 5 minutes. It was extremely fast! They even checked my life on my alternator and starter. 200 bucks for a battery later and I was good to go!!! Thank you Luke and the other male employee for helping me tonight.”
“We had a little bit of snow today and long story short—my commute home from Howard Lake closer to the cities started with one of my wipers breaking. I planned to get in, get out, install in the snow, and be on my way home. While one staff looked up my wiper sizes/rang up my order, David was outside installing them for me.
