Buffalo Storage is very accommodating. I have used this storage for a year. I had not been to my storage unit for sometime, decided to check it out today. My key would not work on the lock so I went to the office for help. The owner helped me immediately. He cut the lock and replaced with a new lock. I feel fortunate to rent a unit that fits my needs as it is well kept and secure. It is very affordable. I would highly recommend this Storage facility to anyone who needs a great place for storage..

As others here have said Craig is a terrible person to work with. After looking at a unit I told him I forgot my license and would have to return later in the day to finalize everything, he said that would be fine so I returned a few hours later and was left parked at the gate with no one answering the phone to let me in. I figured I would come back the next day. So I called him the next day and and he proceeded to tell me I must be a very unorganized person and also that he is the owner and I should go somewhere else. Unbelievably bad customer service and very rude. STAY AWAY

I had a pleasant experience using Buffalo Mini Storage the facility was clean and dry something i can'tsay about my previous experiences elsewhere so i am very happy . Craig the owner was easy too work with.

Dealing with Craig, the owner, was a very frustrating and pointless experience. Over a period of two weeks, and numerous attempts at communication, I felt strung along and that I completely wasted my time. The website gives a number that should provide the fastest response. After speaking with him initially, the only responses I got to my follow up calls (to both the numbers listed on the website), voicemail, and texts were to ask if he had responded to me yet (...). He asked if I still needed a unit. I said yes....three days later, still no response. I finally reached out saying I would like a response or I would have to take my business elsewhere, as I felt my time was being wasted. He responded WITHIN 15 MINUTES, and had the gall to act offended, saying he didn't want to start off a business relationship with me being upset, and that I should go somewhere else. Unprofessional, uncommunicative, rude on the phone, and false information on the website. I am taking my business elsewhere and I strongly recommend that you do too.

"Text is the fastest way to reach us." He might respond to your text, maybe, two days later. He strung me along for almost a whole week before he finally committed to a meeting time at the office. When I arrived at the agreed upon time I spoke to a carpenter there who said he went to lunch. This was after I waited at the gate for 20 minutes. It's like he doesn't even want my money.
