I have had storage units in other places and one thing I have always found is nobody has a poly John. I always had to plan my trip to the nearest gas station first, but not so here. I don’t mind a camera outside to keep people honest, I’ve had to use it more than a couple times. Never had a problem getting in or out of the gate. Any time I had a problem with anything I always got a timely response. The owner is friendly, informative and always willing to help.

Owner is very pleasant to deal with; no-nonsense, fair, my kind of people. I like the security of the facility. Have rented garage units and outdoor space. I will be back!

Craig, is a great guy. I lost my debit card, forgot to update Craig with my new one. I got late fees. Craig wiped my late fees off. Thank you Craig!

Clean and secure. Owners are no nonsense and fair. I've rented from them twice and will not hesitate to rent there again. Solid business and good prices.

The management on this property is rude and inconsiderate. Not plowed out in a timely manner. Try and ask questions on when the snow removal would happen and we got "I don't know when he gets here. Not my problem the weather happen." This a place of business. I will not be doing business with this place anytime soon. Yes I have done business with this place in the past I have recommended people to this storage facility poor management

I don't know anything about this company but today 2/2/23 this morning someone called me from their number. I do not know anyone who lives in Buffalo MN nor anyone who works at Buffalo Storage. I'll appreciate yawl stop calling me. Thank you!
