I came in to check my transmission levels and the person at the front was very rude completely ignored me and when he finally asked what I needed he was not helpful, all he said is that they are very busy and did not want to schedule anything for me. Will never come back here again.

Showed up right when they opened on a tuesday with my truck stuck in limp mode, a total unplanned visit for all involved. Had the truck back in my possession with the transmission fixed (plus another issue that wouldve caused major problems) the very next day, before they closed. Very appreciative of the work put in to get me my truck back. Easy 5/5

the guys here work very efficiently and professionally. they kept me in the loop on the work being performed. gave me lots of options for how far i wanted to go with the repairs. i was a little confused on the how the parts work for the transmission and the owner jeff was very attentive and happy to walk me through the issues. i would bring my other vehicles here next time.Service: Transmission

We recently were back in town and had an issue with our vehicle. Even though they were very busy Jeff found a way to help us fix the problem. When we lived in Buffalo, we always took our vehicles to Buffalo Transmission. Jeff was always very honest and upfront with everything he was fixing on our cars. For us trust goes a long way, and we have that with Buffalo Transmission.
