Have hadCL internet and phone for many years with no complaints..til now.
15 days ago internet died,,
Called customer service for teck help,, to no surprise an overseas center of poor English responders. Five days later was told cable cut.
Always giving same working on it,, made at least 8 calls .
Told solved 2 days ago..
Another no work weekend
Phone died also. Most horrible experiences of calling to wait and no one is accountable. Upper echelon should be embarrassed to run firm I n this manner.
Happen to them???
Called customerservice.

I wish so bad there was another network in our small town to use. Lately Spectrum can cut off a channel at any time. They increase their prices but service is not good.

Horrible customer service! They sold my domain hosting rights to a company call deluxe and the transition has been the worst. My emails have been down for 5 days, cost me an insurmountable amount of money.

Why is there no option for ZERO stars??? No customer service, door locked during business hours, nobody answes the bell. Try calling the number... you'll be asked to press 1 for new service and 2 for all other calls. If you press 2, you are informed this is a "new service only" line, and you get hung up on. Yeah, "great" customer service.

I'd give this company negative stars if I could. we pay over $100 a month and we only get internet 50% of them time and the internet we do get is so slow you xant even stream a single show

The technician that initially hooked my internet service up was great, he was friendly and quick. However, a storm came through and my modem has not worked since and I have been calling for days trying to get a replacement, I am only placed on hold, then when I do get a human I am transferred back to a robot and the robot hangs up. I am irritated to be paying for a service I can't use and cannot even get ahold of someone to cancel because I don't want service I can't use.

Worst internet in Buffalo. Setup automatic payments but still get late fees. Internet doesnt work half the time. Supposed to pay $55 a month but get charged $100 a month. The specials are worthless because you will be charged late fees and other random fees that they cant explain to make up for the discount when you first join. If you work a normal job it's almost impossible to speak to someone on the phone because their customer service hours are horrible.

The Century Link website is awful! It’s been sending me in circles for over 45 min and I still don’t have paperless billing set up! So frustrating. The “live chat” is worthless, not helpful at all. I have also been on hold on the phone with them for 10 min. What a joke. Total waste of time.

Absolutely horrible company. Stay far far away from this so called company. Xfinity has QUADRUPLE the speed for the same exact price. We aren't living in the 90s anymore Centurylink.
