Never been so disappointed in my life. I went there to buy meats anywhere from chicken to pork chop, ribs, steak. So unhappy. There was pretty much only i refrigerated item with pork and chicken. Not like it use to be. I like hormel products and none to be seen. I will not shop there again.

They have a limited number of motorized carts for handicapped customers. Those carts have been there for at least 20 years that I know of. They do not hold a charge and will quit on you in the middle of the store. Of course there is no one to help you out so you are stuck. If you do have an employee there to help you, make sure that they know that they need to get another cart for you. I have had employees give me the deer in the headlights stare when I ask them if they could get me another cart. The owner is too cheap to replace these carts and to get more than just 2 carts for the entire store. Shame on the owner for treating t
his disabled customers so shabbily.

Best grocery store in town overall. Customer Service is always very good overall. There are always plenty of hands on deck to handle customers at checkout. Deli counter has some really nice offerings, particularly the fried chicken. They do cakes and put out a nice selection of donuts daily. Always a nice array of cuts from the meat department. Shelves are always stocked and on the whole the store is very well maintained.

I have been frequenting this Cub store for over 15 years now and I love this store. I've never had a complaint about anything in all these years except when they quit carrying Buhl water. I love their deli and their produce section. Always fresh. I find great buys in the meat market and throughout the store. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I usually got my first cup of coffee for the day there and drank it while I shopped. Very nice for me. Thank you CUB.

This is my favorite place to shop in buffalo for food. The atmosphere is cozy and the people who are working at the self checkout (where i basically go everyday to get dinner with my partner) and registers are so sweet and kind. Ive never felt judged or followed for having medical bags due to my conditions. (Yes other groceries have followed and made me feel really uncomfortable in my surroundings) I cant express how much I appreciate and care for the workers here! They all deserve the best. Thank you Cub in Buffalo for being so accepting and kind. You all gave me a safe space to shop at.
(The only downgrade is sometimea theres not enough whipcream in the bearpaws, but i understand.)

Purchased a pkg of cube steak tonight. I was hesitating as it was over $7 a lb. Got home and the pieces were all dark brown in-between each.
I have been cooking for over 40 years and have never had brown cube steak when purchased like this. I do know that brown meat happens when it is exposed to oxygen for a period of time and/or it is getting close to its shelf life expiration.
This pkg was to expire 3 days past the purchase date. I returned to store.
Younger kid from meat dept told me it was normal as is hamburger. I told him I have never had brown cube steak nor brown hamburger other than reasons i mentioned above. He wasn't very courteous.
If you are looking for fresh meats I would recommend shopping Coborns or Dehmers in St. Michael.
You won't have any problems there.

What a great place ! Everyone that I talked to was very pleasant and knew exactly where the items i needed were.
The store is very clean and getting used to shopping there. The check out was also fast and and helpful.
