says they are open till 12 AM and decided to close at 10. Not acceptable...Would not recommend heard they have rats as well.

Open late till 9pm. Friendly knowledgeable staff. I called ahead to make sure my sons prescriptions were ready and it went great.

If you shop here you need to look at the expire date on everything! So many things are so old and spoiled but they still leave it on the shelves.

I've been using this Cub Pharmacy for over 5 years and I am always treated very well. Todd and Atticus have even called me at home if there is a delay or problem with a Rx or refill. Since I am almost 80 I usually go the day after they say it is ready or call to make sure. I love this pharm and easy to get to. Thank you pharmacy techs!!!!!

If you are thinking about transferring your RX to Buffalo CUB Pharmacy think twice! Read the reviews and trust them, which I did not. Went to pick up my prescription and was told by the white coat gentleman it was not ready and he could have it ready in15+ minutesdependinghow busy it gets. When I expressed my concern about not being filled he responded with "15 minutes is not an unreasonable amount of time to wait for something". Well to me it was and I transferred my RX to CVS in Target. Very pleased with CVS Pharmacy. They are Professional, Timely and most of all Polite. ITS NO WONDER CUB PHARMACY IS RATED LOWEST IN THE 5 PHARMACIES LOCATED IN BUFFALO. I would rate CVS Pharmacy 5 ***** at this time.

The first issue was the girl not reading the prescription and taking it to get filled. The second was when i went back the next day and was told 45 minutes to fill it. Then i was told maybe another 15 to 20 minutes. Then another 10 minutes. People please properly train your staff and staff your pharmacy. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I don't care that the pharmacists are giving vaccinations. After surgery pain medication should not take 2 trips and over 2 hours to get filled. I will never use this pharmacy again.

(Overpriced!) trap ...... at checkout I was overwhelmed with anxiety I went to cub thinking to spend around 20$ 25$ on grilling a cheap steak and some vegetables for myself corn asparagus maybe, didnt really have a plan. Well the price came to 37$ I get out of the checkout line and read the receipt 4 items pop out to me cooking oil, russet potatoes, aluminum foil and barbecue sauce these items came up to just under 17$ so I decided to do something I've never done before after feeling shoppers spending remorse/guilt/anxiety/how the freak did i just spend that much I'm so bad at holding on to my money! I went to the customer service desk and returned the items the lady seemed confused on why I would buy these items and then return them so I told her the truth I believe it's overpriced. Long story short I drove to Walmart and spent 8.50 on aluminum foil, cooking oil, russet potatoes and barbecue sauce. Ya the aluminum foil is a little shorter and not name brand the russet potatoes are not as big and the cooking oil is also not name brand but I didn't need 75ft of aluminum foil I don't care about the brand name on oil/foil and I just wanted potatoes to make fries. So here is why I won't shop at cub again the prices are high and the store has confusing placement so that all the expensive brands are easier access/the only brand available! You play me for a s***** fish and waste my time and checkout makes me sick to my stomach when I see the total and it's not because I'm a glutton it's because your store is a bad place to shop! Ps also worked in your distribution center your forced productivity rate and mandatory overtime was exhausting and freezing leaving me no time for family and rest! Pss also work for instacart shopping in your store part time it's confusing and time consuming your inventory is always off and locations are all wrong costing time and money. Anyways I'm done biiiiittttt%#%#*

I recently switched pharmacies. I went here for years, and they were so kind. Now you get treated like a criminal for filling your own prescriptions. I've even had them refuse to fill after my sons major surgery and then questioned why he was in pain! Very Very Unprofessional!!They also did it to myself. I finally said why on earth should I go here anymore... The young girls are so snooty and bothered all the time in person and on phone! Todd and another gentleman are the only ones with manners over there! It was degrading and absolutely wrong of them. My new pharmacy treats you with dignity, and never hold your prescriptions hostage!

Todd is an awesome pharmacist and I will miss him.One of the female pharmacists or techs isn't able to mask her arrogance, she has a strong condescending attitude and it creates poor customer service.

I was using the area and he said it was a disk up food. It's like any other cub food but with wider and spaced isles. They have everything. Very clean. Friendly employees. Even the visitors here who are friendly I mean the customers. Easy parking outside. It's a big job. Send quality expect from cub. And then will discover food quality has gone up in the last five years. I just bought crab imitation bag because I can wash it from the outside open it and it directly from inside the bag without touching it with my fingers.

I very much enjoy Cub foods and still continue to do so. But I was in today and asked why i did not have a mask on. I gave them my proof of my medical reason (even though I am not required to) and then I go to check out and every checkout person is wearing a shield. Face shields are not included in the mandate. If you want to follow the rules you need to follow all the rules. They still were very understanding and did not make me feel shamed. I just hate when companies feel they need to question guest but not the people working for them on the mandate.
