Super friendly stylists (Lynn is great!). My hair is super thin and fine and they never make me feel weird or embarrassed about it and I'm in and out quickly!

Don’t go to this location. Stylist was rude. She was complaining while cutting my hair, didn’t dry my hair (in the past they’ve always done this), and charged me 4 times more than I’ve ever been charged before because of the “length and volume of my hair”. Except she doesn’t tell me that it’s going to be way more until after she does it all. Management is just as bad. Sent an email 5 days ago- no response. Called every business day since last Saturday to talk to a manager and there hasn’t been one there any of the times.

My sister and I came to the fantastic sam’s in buffalo for a malibu treatment and a trim. We made an appointment knowing what the cost was going to be. At the end of the treatment, the lady tells us it is going to cost us $180 each! The service is for $35. She told us we had thick long hair and needed to use more product. She charged us twice for the treatment, 2 extra malibu product, and 2 conditioner. Had I known she was going to charge me that much, I would have never came here. They don’t charge less if you have less hair, so they should not be charging you more if you have more hair. The biggest thing was that she did it all without telling us she was going to charge us that much! And she also would make little disrespectful comments about how much hair we have. I have called many times to talk to a manager, but every time I call she’s never there like they tell me she will be the day before! My sister also sent an email and it never got responded to. I think they really need to work on their management and customer service.

Great service, always gets the cut and color I want precise. Got my hair done an auburn color and it came out beautiful! Love the courteous staff

Jolene was very nice and did a good job! The only complaint i have is that i scheduled an appointment at 10:40am and didn't get my hair cut until 11:10am so I waited 30 minutes. Her being kind I would say made up for it. It was a really busy day because it was labor day but i feel like they should honor appointment times first.

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but multiple times the stylists have been extremely rude, impatient without reason, and took their attitude out on me and my preteen child. I won't ever go back to them again!

I called the salon today and asked for an appointment. Dorraine answered the phone and said that she could fit me in. She asked what I wanted and I said hair coloring. I arrived and she said that that's not what I booked for when it was. She agreed to do it. While I was processing she helped another client which I was fine with. I was not okay that she was talking negatively about me to another client. She whispered negative comments about me to the client which she thought I couldn’t hear. I left the salon and had my day ruined because of that. Dorraine needs to keep her comments to herself especially when others can hear her.Service: Hair highlighting

Do not go there.. this place does not know how to highlight hair or take care of their customers. My daughter was going there to get her hair fixed from another Fantastic Sam’s in Delano, who also does not know how to highlight hair.. my daughter walks in the Buffalo store to be told that they thought she was getting a haircut fix and said they did not have time to correct the highlight from previous day, so they opted to do a Malibu treatment which strips out/off everything from the hair, which also stripped of the toner and gave her hair nice orange brassy look. She was told to live with tonight and we will get you in at noon tomorrow for the highlight. It is 9:30 Am she receives a call from the salon from Ann and was told they canceled her appointment because she could not be pleased. WHAT!!!!!! Are you kidding me. This is 3 days if trying to get her hair done and to have everything she paid for stripped out and left with orange hair.. she’s a brunette as well. I would never recommend a FANTASTIC SAMS TO TOUCH MY HAIR.. I called there to speak with the manager and was hung up on..they did the same thing to me 2 years ago with an appointment for a highlight.. told me they did not allow for time to get it done. I made an appointment a few days before. This place needs some management and customer service skills…. More than lacking

After my mother politely reviewed my experience why put your personal information out there for my mother to contact you and then not respond. Probably just to try and save face. You can keep your 20% off. I’d have to get the service for free to ever step foot back into that shop for how over charged and under wowed I was! Ladies and gentlemen as a former stylist don’t waste your hard earned money here!!

I did go in without an appointment they said they could get me in 25 minutes was next in line an appointment was asked if I might need to wait to go head. I’ll be back got my haircut elsewhere All they had to do was tell me no instead of wasting my time.

My daughter had $400 worth of services today with a stylist named Dorraine. The entire time she was servicing my daughter she was doing a Malibu and color on another client. Instead of drying my daughter’s hair after the Malibu she put my daughter under a dryer and told her to fluff her hair so she could service her other client. Once they got done with the Malibu, foil, color, cut, and conditioning, at ten to five she asked my daughter if she needed her hair dried and styled. At $400 I would think that would be a given. She sent my daughter out the door with a wet head. Very unprofessional. The color was beautiful. Why not finish the job!!! My daughter tipped her $60 but if Dorraine had taken the extra ten or fifteen minutes to dry and style her hair she would’ve earned another $20?. Dorraine-finish the job! Not very professional for a $400 job while servicing others.

Had a bad haircut in Dec. Decided to try again to get it fixed along with highlights.Jolene spent almost 4 hours fixing the awful cut and did a custom color to blend in highlights in better.She is amazing!! This is 2nd time she has fixed a bad cut.Many Thanks Jolene!Services: Hair coloring
