I am self-employed and my wife is on disability. I deposited money with a specific note in the memo. The teller did not use my deposit slip. He decided to make his own without telling me which in turns jeopardizes my wife's disability and my businesses. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy employees. Called to bring this to their attention and got an extremely unsatisfactory outcome. I was told I will have to talk to my branch manager and will call you back.

I love my bank. I love how they know me and my family by name. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They answer all my questions and listen to me.

They are extremely slow when you go to make a deposit. I have no idea why. But the slowest service I've ever had at a bank. It's not a cortrust issue. Because it was that slow B4 it was CorTrust.

I have loved banking here! Always very helpful, even with new staff. Even though I have moved out of state recently, I'm still using CorTrust as my bank.

I was charged for a stop payment that never got stopped. I was told the bank would cover the loss but they did not. 3 different people gave me 3 different stories. Bank Manager Sean said he would meet with me to discuss the issue but when I got there he ignored me even tho he knew I was at the bank. Go elsewhere if you want a trustworthy banking experience.
