Stay away from this place, especially if you need propane. Usually I fill propane at tractor supply, 2- 30lb tanks, ~7gal ea, cost $40-45 +tax. This place uses a flat rate (to be fair I should have asked) first time I've ever run into this, $62 dollars for an empty tank and the other 1/2 full. The lady tried to stay they were the cheapest, I called BS! This place is taking advantage of people too good natured to put a stop to this bad business practice of over charging people for profit!

First the price was right. We (my sister and I) were doing research on renting a bounce house for a birthday party. Found Klatts online and the price was awesome!! Go in store to reserve, price was more expensive on the wall. Questioned it, lady behind the counter got all course but gave us the online price.. when asking the younger man that started helping us, asked him questions on size ECT.... He implied that it would fit in a small minivan... HOWEVER, when our dad went to pick it up they loaded it with a FORKLIFT!! Our dad asked upon picking it up, again very course customer service, ask, if there was tie down stakes and instructions that came with it. The younger gentleman just ignored him and walked away. Thank God he drives a pickup truck!! There's no way this would fit in a minivan! Unless you have another minivan full of 6-8 men and a boy to load and unload!!! If you rent a bounce house from here because there's no instructions, there is a very big zipper for blowing it down. As your blowing it up, you need to find said zipper and close it!!! It took us an hour to figure this out! Once we found it, it sprang to its size!! And the kids had a blast!!! And then, it was time to deflate and return...... Upon returning the bounce house, again very course and rude attitudes from everyone behind the counter, it's like everyone that works there hates their job!!! We're happy go lucky people and hate drama and this was all drama!!! The only reason I gave a 1 star is the customer service. The product itself and price is a 5 star!!!

Purchased my first new mower three weeks ago that was pre built, I noticed I was given the incorrect owners manual and no oil came with it so I called in before I left town to ask about the operation and if I needed to do anything specific or pickup some oil. I was informed the lawn mower SHOULD be ready to go as long as there is oil on the dip stick then they got it prepared and I can start mowing. Well I got home and there was oil on the dip stick in the safe zone. ( Been at a mechanic shop for over a decade so my knowledge is not beginner ) I made 3 passes and engine locked up. Checked over the mower and the oil was completely black. I bring it in and I was told I should of talked to someone else who is more knowledgeable in the situation.. which is not my fault nor should someone else tell me that info. I was told to try to get it warrantied by the manufacturer and if that does not work then I should bring it back and we will come to an agreement so both parties are happy. Well i follow instructions and call a shop which is 3 weeks out and they told me not a very good turn around for warranty because they do thorough inspections and usually owners fault which it really shouldn't be warrantied anyway because of how this went. finding out I need to wait 3 weeks, I have to pay for shipping and taxes to try to get this warrantied. By the time this is all said and done I do not believe this will be covered and it will be the end of the summer. I have dropped my mower off at the buffalo klatt, left a voicemail and a note to call back and I have not heard anything. I would like a refund or a new mower very soon because this is not by any means my fault. I asked for help, I was given instructions verbally and physically and both were incorrect. Please get this resolved so I can mow my lawn.
