Who knew that banks could be the life of the party and the glue of a community?From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos, making me feel like I was home. Jayme, the banking superstar, is always willing to help with any financial needs, but also shared with me the bank's dedication to fostering a strong sense of community. Boy, was I in for a treat! Not only were the Indian Tacos to die for (seriously, I'm still dreaming about them!), but the atmosphere was vibrant and full of life. We have been banking at MidCountry since we moved toBuffalo in 2014. We love the family atmosphere they provide and the extra mile everyone goes.Then we had the pleasure of meeting Jayme Wickman, one of the bankers and our appreciation for the bank went up above the 5 stars we already had for it. Great experience, great bank. Highly recommend anyone to check them out for standard banking or to find the best banker with a customer first approach!

Jayme at MidCountry is awesome! You can tell she cares and wants to help everyone she comes in contact with. I've heard Jayme say on multiple occasions "what sets MidCountry aside from other banks, is the people/Jayme"! And, it's true. If you're looking for anything banking wise, I'd strongly recommend seeing Jayme and MidCountry Bank! She will certainly take care of you. And, they have great CD rates right now!

MidCountry Bank does a great job with our local Buffalo Legion. Jayme, Denise and the entire team are professional, answer questions quickly and are very personable which is important in a small town. Highly recommend this bank for your business/personal needs.

The worst app conceivable. Their business banking requires you to change the password so often I can never remember what it even is. Whenever I've emailed for help their customer service tells me to call them.. if I wanted to waste my time explaining anything over the phone I would simply call to begin with. I prefer having things done via email so I can go back and look at the conversation if need be.Won't be wasting any more time with them, I'm looking at other banks.

just a short note to express our complete satisfaction with one of your newer employees, Kenzie Marco (Buffalo Branch). She assisted us in obtaining a home equity loan to decrease our credit card debt. She made the entire process absolutely painless. She was informative and extremely pleasant to work with throughout the entire process and went the extra mile in assisting us actually contacting the credit card companies and obtaining the payout amount. Again, a superior performance and hopefully a valued employee for many years.

Came up to the drive ups, then got screeched at “what do you need how much do we have here?” Uh count the money lady?! I already told you I needed it deposited into my checking. Got my transaction done, I didn’t know they did because they just sent the container back without saying a word. You’re welcome? Thanks? If you are going to be that rude then you don’t need to be working customer service. Can’t wait to close my account here!

The ladies who are my “go to’s” Jane and Nikki, are very accurate and amiable. Not an easy combo to find in today’s world..as an added plus, they brew a pretty mean cup of joe...

We have worked with Midcountry for all most two years now , the bank tellers are excellent very friendly eveytime you walk in the door, greet you with a smile and help with anything needed. Love the small town feel . They are a great bank for the town of buffalo while some of the other banks have gone down the corporate road Midcountry has concentrated on being a personal bank. If you are thinking of opening a new account don’t hesitate these guys are a one stop shop that will take care of all your needs ! Thanks for everything you do for us!
