I had a wonderful tech! She was very down to earth and didn't treat me dumb like I've been treated I. The past by techs that speak other languages other than English. It was the first time in about 8 years I've done something like that for myself, so it was a treat! I'm glad they squeezed me in!

This was my first time coming here, and Ruth was the one who did my gel pedicure. When I tell you that she was gentle and yet got the job done. My toes were neat and clean. She did a great job ! Coming back just to see her!

Went in for a manicure appointment at 5pm. Waited 30 minutes. Then got told another 15 on top of that. Finally I said I need to get home. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

They need to hire more people, or stop making too many appts. Over 30 min late right now, and my last appt. I had to come back an hour later.

I went to Q Nails for years because they do the best fingernails of anywhere I’ve been, although now I live further away.
I personally love doing long ombré nails with a sharp point, and they’re always patient with that being a long process.
I like chatting with them sometimes because everyone is very nice, and my favorite thing is they’re not pushy if you don’t feel like talking.
They’re always busy with a lot of customers, but they help everyone they can. You can go with or without an appointment - although it helps to have one of course - and the wait is usually fairly short either way.
Their prices are competitive and fair, and they aren’t pushy when they check you in; they just listen to what you want.
There are rare occasions when I’m not completely satisfied, like that the last time (pictured) my nails were more rounded than pointed. I hadn’t given direction beyond that I wanted the same thing as last time, and I also didn’t say something while I was there about the tips not being what I wanted. It’s a long drive for me to get there now, so I’ll just make sure to tell the nail tech I work with next time around that I want sharp points. Normally they do an exceptional job, and I do still think they turned out great.

I have been going to Q Nails for 4 years. I see Cao for acrylic nails and a design on four nails. He is such a great artist! I show him a picture and he masterfully reproduces it! I get many compliments on my nails and I always give credit to Cao.

Update: came back in and they turned me away. Told me to come back another day. Yeah, not going to give you the second chance to even make it right at this point.
The nail salon was a typical set up, maybe a little dated but it felt welcoming, besides being busy. The man that did my nails was very nice and explained the process of the dip nails as it was my first time getting it. My issue lies with the fact I was told the nails would be strong and last up to two weeks. I barely made it a week and the dip is already cracking and chipping. :( they were super cute when done but super disappointed that I only got roughly 5 days out of them for paying $60. I work from home and don’t do a lot to have damage to the nails. So overall, I had a pleasant experience while there but sadly not happy with the cost vs end result.

Requested style: The nail artist was accommodating and helped me make a decision based on the image I had shown.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost a year and have tried countless other places but this is by far my favorite! they always do an amazing job and every technician puts in the time and effort to produce the highest quality work for each customer. their prices are also super affordable and the employees are so nice! I definitely recommend coming here!!

I always made an appointment, and they rarely honored my appointment time. Most often I had to wait anywhere between 15-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I had to walk out on several occasions and try to reschedule due to my own schedule not being able to accommodate them being so far behind. What made it worse was there was never an apology or even a look of concern for my time. I was a loyal customer of over 8 years. I didn't give up easily because I felt they did a nice job, but I finally switched to a different nail salon. I needed someone that would respect my time. My only regret is not switching years previously.

I’ve gone here quite a few times- twice, the polish peeled off within a few days. I had it re-done without charge which was nice.
The last 2 times I’ve made an appointment and shown up on time- I’ve waited 30 minutes before being seen. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! I make an appointment for a reason- this time, after waiting 22 minutes, I left and I will not go back.
