I came in to the dealership for an oil change, tire rotation, and pcm/tcm software update. Was told from service writer that there is an update but it can’t be installed until check engine light comes on. Makes no sense as to why the update wasn’t completed to prevent a future issue.

They reached out to me for s recall repair. Truck has been serviced there before so they knew the make, model and year. Scheduled the appt but when i get there and wait for a half hour or so, no part in stock. Just seemed like that would have been checked before reaching out to me and scheduling the repair.

I called late on a Friday with a jeep that was not wanting to start. Mark squeezed me in, but warned they might have to keep it over the weekend No loaner cars were available so he arranged a ride home for me. Lo and behold, they got it fixed and I was on my way before the shop closed that night!! Wootwoot!!

Routine maintenance. performed on my Ram pickup on 7/7/25. Courtesy 27 pt inspection and car wash done after work performed. Never any surprises. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend

Service was great. They checked for any system updates. Did a full tire rotation including adding the spare into the rotation. Also oil change. All in one quick visit.
