Masters of the bait and switch, which was illegal once upon a time. Pretty much the same old crap I've seen from auto dealers for the past 30 years, nothing has changed.

These guys are a bunch of Lazy Crooks. I would NEVER buy from them or bring a vehicle in for service. I brought my 2019 vehicle in for Warranty repair on December 10th. They told me they were waiting for Dodge's approval to do the warranty work. After waiting nearly 1 month, I started calling weekly for updates, each time they knew nothing about my claim. They finally called me back to tell me it had been denied. I called Chrysler customer care, they looked it up and told me a warranty request was never submitted. Update: After response of the "owner" I called Matt Ryan. He refused to warranty my claim without giving ANY evidence, and refused to send me that in writing. Despite decades of business between my family and Ryan Dealerships, I would never buy as much as a popsicle from these Frauds.

My car buying experience met expectations, but the aftermath I have endured with this dealership is beyond frustrating. Absolutely disappointing. My experience could have easily been handled in a more professional manner.

Stopped in to get my oil change on my ram, like always no short of good laughs and fun atmosphere. They've serviced my current truck and last Ram. They've done things such as level kit, cold air intake, alignments and tire swaps for me. The complimentary car wash is a nice touch.

We had made a list of dealerships that have the vehicle we want. We were in contact with Damien earlier in the day and drove over tot eat the Ford Edge they had on the lot. We got to the upper section and Tanner was at the door. We let him know we were trying to connect with damien. He let us know that Damien worked out of the lower portion. Then tanner asked what vehicle we were looking for. We told him the 2016 Ford Edge. Tanner had no idea they had that vehicle on their lot and sent us down to the other building. We drove down to the other building and it was packed. After 20 mins Damien was available and let us know the edge was in the upper lot and said that we should ask for tanner and that he called and let tanner know we were on our way up to test drive the vehicle. We drove back up to the upper lot and found tanner. Who was now just sitting at a table BSing with another sales person. We let him know Damien sent us and said he called. Tanner let us know that didn’t happen and that he had no idea what we were talking about. Tanner got the keys to the ford and made a lot of comments about knowing nothing about fords and we probably knew more.We were not allowed to test drive a vehicle without a salesperson. Which was a disappointment. But what really bothered me was that tanner wouldn’t let us drive wherever we wanted. He told us where and when to turn. It raises red flags for me. When I drove, I noticed a chip in the windshield. There was also a big scratch in the seat on the back leather seat that from experience I know wouldn’t take long before would need to be taken care of. After the test drive, tanner brought us to sit down and chat. We really liked the vehicle but mentioned our concerns about the windshield and the seat. Plus morries across the street has similar vehicles for quite a bit less that we wanted to test drive before making any decisions. Tanner was very offended that we wanted to look at other vehicles and also offended that we expected the windshield and seat to be fixed. He went on a little tirade about how silly it was for us to expect a used vehicle (2016) to be in perfect shape. I don’t ever expect that. Yet when it comes to the windshield and seeing out of the windshield, I expect that any dealership would not try to sell a vehicle that had cracks in it. I honestly think it was missed. Trying to get us to buy, tanner began to use the old tricks. First he told us that he has 4 other people interested in the Ford Edge and so we were taking a big risk leaving since he was going to calll them all back while we were gone. His exact words were “

A very long story short. Went to test drive a used ford edge. Tanner did not know they had this vehicle. I was with him from the time he said he didnt know they had it it ,through the test drive and then right to his desk. He then straight up lied to my face saying he had 4 people interested in this vehicle and hes pretty sure other sales people have leads as well. Nice try. I felt insulted he lied like that. Bought a nice ford edge from morries
