“I have no complaints. Only a positive experience. Teresa was nothing short of complete accommodation, kindness and understanding. We moved to MN in Feb of 2023 and it was a last minute move. She was so kind and pleasant to deal with during our move. Always pleasant to talk/text with and so patient. I can't thank them enough for how welcome we felt moving to Buffalo, MN on the fly. “I have had storage units in other places and one thing I have always found is nobody has a poly John. I always had to plan my trip to the nearest gas station first, but not so here. I don’t mind a camera outside to keep people honest, I’ve had to use it more than a couple times. Never had a problem getting in or out of the gate. Any time I had a problem with anything I always got a timely response. The owner is friendly, informative and always willing to help.”
