I have been a Customer of Thomas Insurance for the past 20 years. For many years this Company had good rates. Then over last 5 years it started to increase and they never informed me until I noticed it. So Today I found a better rate for my House and Cars and told them to have any paperwork to sign. I saw no one but the receptionist and she never said thanks for your business.

Honestly, you have to call them or stop in at the office in order to experience their hometown hospitality and their in-depth knowledge of the business of insurance. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to everyone.

Switched to Thomes Insurance Group after receiving really poor service from the new staff at the broker I had been with for 25 years. I should have changed sooner.
