Today, my phone decided to stop working I had no other choice but to go to Verizon that is by Walmart in Buffalo. When I walked in, I was greeted by these two very nice gentlemen. The one who helped me was Ethan and I was very, very happy with my experience there I felt welcomed and there was also a new person there, but he did an amazing job as well. I highly recommend the store to anybody. What an amazing experience to go through after dealing with this phone problem for the past two days they were able to help me fix it and I just wanted to say thank you

Alex was amazing at the Buffalo MN store tonight. He was the only employee working and he handled many of us at one time with total professionalism! He was calm , cool and collected! Thank you Alex, you made our Verizon experience fabulous!
