I am visiting my daughter here in savage so went there few times and every time I noticed they behave rudely with people of different nationality
I am from South where people are very pleasant and always helping where ever you go

Had a horrible experience with a young cashier who treated me like I was going to run off with her cart and steal my food while my card was processing. I told her I wasn't going to take it and run. She didn't respond and once my card went through I asked if I could take my cart full of food and she said, "yea you can barrow it". I felt accused of theft and belittled.

Great store just like other Aldis. My only complaint is they have no self checkouts and the check out lines are always long.

I've used Instacart at 3 or 4 Aldi's. This was by far the worst. The person loading my groceries was not very careful putting them in. And, when I got home I found that almost every produce item was just on the brink of overripe/rotten. Watermelon, raspberries, blackberries, zucchini. I didn't return any of them because I could use part, but I'll go out of my way to avoid this location in the future

This happened this morning,the cashier was so loud while serving a somali lady and her son,her card kept on declining and instead of assisting nicely she was using a very loud voice while talking to the customer which was so uncomfortable.The card went through finally proving it could have been the card was being inserted wrong but this was so WRONG simply offering help & showing how to insert/swipe the card would have been it!!instead of embarassing her & making it known to the whole store that her card was not going through.

The two overly obese white women need to either be fired or retrained. I have never been treated with such disrespect at this location until they showed up. They’re rude, lazy, and won’t bat an eye to the customer even when trying to get their attention. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM!!!

What kind of store sends out a mailer with coupons and then doesn’t let their customers use them? And on top of that an AWFUL manager that accuses the customer of
trying to use the coupon multiple times. Not only was that not accurate, It was terrible customer service and downright rude. The manager of this location should be ashamed of herself.

Poor customer service and predatory tactics to get you to shop here. They mailed me a $10 off coupon since I recently moved to the area. I showed up, followed all directions ($40 minimum spend), made sure it was for the right location and not expired. When scanned, it said "already scanned" which is DEFINITELY not the case since I just took it off my fridge today. I asked if the manager could override the issue and she ACCUSED me of trying to cheat the system. I'm sorry that YOUR system was incorrect. Strongly disappointed and likely will not return.

I'd give 5 stars if they could keep shelves filled busy store so they go through a ton of items. The staff is great friendly, knowledgeable and fast.
