Used to be independently owned. Swallowed up by U-Haul and the prices increased. They will charge you TWICE a month in late fees if you are late. Not good.

Rented an outdoor parking spot for a camper, but the spot was not well marked and partially blocked by a moving truck so could not store the camper on the planned move in day.

*The location now is being operated by U-Haul now and it has been great. I recently changed storage unit sizes and U-Hauls app made it quick and seamless, very cool.
Great team there running the day to day operations, knowledgeable and helpful 👍.

We recently rented a storage unit at the Burnsville location. Ryz helped get us signed up, was very helpful going through the different options and pricing and we completed the entire process under 10 minutes. It was a very positive experience.

Had a really easy time getting set up with my storage. I can’t recall the name of the lady who helped me, I believe she may have been the manager. She had shorter blondish hair and there was another woman with colorful fun hair who was her assistant! They were both super nice and helpful though the manager helped me with first finding the location since my Google maps kept directing me to the wrong spot. Then she showed me my storage and showed me how to lock it etc. Nice and easy experience. Thank you.

We chose Extra Space Storage over the other facilities because of cost, location and the size options for clean and accessible units. We have stayed with them for the exceptional care and quality customer service provided by the on site staff.

Chris, at Extra Storage (Burnsville, MN), has been wonderful to work with. She has gone out of her way to be helpful and pleasant to work with.
This is the most reasonable storage facility I have found for what you get. I recommend them!

The manager was SOOO helpful and flexible. She showed us a couple different units to best suite our needs. Would highly recommend and use again!! It was also super clean and tidy in every unit and well as the restroom! Very great experience.
