I love the brick-and-mortar book experience, and the coffee shop brings it over the top. Please come back to Apple Valley and reopen a shop there!

A classically themed B&N (unlike the more modern stores at the MoA and Galleria.) Love this store but it loses a point because I can’t sense out the layout to save my life. Great selection, though!

I have only been here a few times, and I feel like they have a good overall selection of books. It was easy to return a book that, after reading the first chapter, I realized wasn't for me.The only hangup I have in giving them a 5 star review is I asked about a book which they didn't have at this store, and they said they could source it from another store. So I gave them my number info, and they said they'd ordered it. That was about 2 weeks ago at this point.. I might switch to using the County Library instead of patronizing here if they promise these things, but don't deliver on them. At least the library follows through. It does seem like a nice place to go read a book at the cafe, though.

This is a clean store, with an excellent book selection for adults and children, huge toy and LEGO area, and a coffee shop. Really enjoy getting books from here.

Clean. Quiet. When I asked for help locating a book, the personnel who helped knew their system but didn't know where to locate it i the kids section even though they were straightening out the books there.

The smell of books is divine. And yes you will spend quite a bit of money here because they do jack up the prices a bit. But their workers are kind and things are nicely laid out. They also have the ability to look things up and get things shipped to the store if they don't have it. Don't be afraid to ask if you can't find something.

I adore the Burnsville Barnes &Noble. The only drawback is I find so much to buy. I love that I can find unique gifts for the holidays and birthdays. This location is my happy place it is well taken care of and the employees are top notch.

I used to love coming here years ago. I grew up in libraries, so book stores were the next best thing. With the decline of reading and materials with the new generations going digital or ignoring the importance of literacy, there's still a nostalgic 90s vibe in store.I can't blame them for my tastes not being what they were when I would buy books like they were going out of style (thank you book fairs and monthly scholastic book flyers of the 70s for creating a monster). I mainly buy to collect now (Star Wars) but the kid in me loves to browse.Bonus for lots of space between shelves to get lots of walking steps in.

Great selection, easy parking, and the Starbucks cafe is done right. The kindest staff who go above and beyond making it stand out amongst other BnB locations.
