In 2021 I had Minnesota Awning install a Sunsetter Awning and the installer that installed it he setup the remote backwards. This summer the shims against the wall fell out from behind the awning. So they came out to fix it and when they finished I asked the Technician if he could fix the remote, he said yeah no problem it will only take a second. a couple hours later he said he had to have his boss come out and look at it. He came out a week or so later and said yeah he burned out the motor and we'll get you a new one.Three weeks or so later I was informed by the new manager Jeremy that I was going to have to buy a new motor, I reminded him that his Tech burned it out and he said being I ask him to fix the problem with the remote it was my fault. I said are you serious and he said (yeah that's the short of it). So now I have to buy a new motor and find someone else to fix the awning. So its going to cost me around another $600 -$700 to get it fixed.If I could give zero stars I would.I do not recommend this company at all to anyone for anything. In fact if you need a company to buy from or get something fixed go to Busy Bee Awnings and ask for Mark.How this helps everyone.

James Greeman won my disability case with winnings I did not believe possible. I am eternally grateful for the new found stability my life will have moving forward. Mental Health disease has a stigma in our culture. I have struggled with it my whole life. By winning the case I have never felt so validated in my life. Mental health disease is real. Fight for your rights and don't give up.

Their rating don’t mean anything. They simply charge businesses a monthly fee to be “Accredited”. Google reviews carry more weight than this misleading company.

Pretty much selling A+ ratings for Businesses.There is one Business that I had huge problems with and pretty much anyone I know that delt with them had problems with. Multiple Lawsuits etc BBB was notified talked with their staff Still A+ rated I even talked with them at the state fair in person about this company.. They were more concerned about protecting the Companies rating then providing accurate information..I would not trust their ratings it is Advertising nothing more...the Businesses are their customers not the consumers and they are just selling ratings for them nothing more...

Minnesota Exterior Inc..superb company to work with! We had them do a complete exterior remodeling of our 1986 home. Top to bottom; roofing, gutters, fascia/soffits, siding, and beautiful stone. We cannot say enough from beginning to end, how Gary and Tom worked with us step by step! Quick answers to questions and ease of last minute changes! We love our beautiful new home and our neighbors can’t stop complementing the finished look! Thank you MEI, highest recommendation!

I just spent the last 6 months worrying about my up coming hearing for filling for disability so the attorney I hired was James Greeman. James really calmed me down so it wasn't that hard for me get on zoom with many other people. They were all very great and he won my case! So I'm here to tell anyone that is looking for someone who is a wonderful person to represent you in a case like mine call James Greeman and he will not let you down he is just a all around great guy!

Should be a zero,my account with Huntington Bank was closed on 3-17-23 without my knowledge,still don’t know why but here’s what they’ve done to me so far,apparently they closed it only to me to wait for any outstanding purchases,d sad o they tell me 7-10 days to get my money,on the 10th day no money, I call the 11th day only to be told it was permanently closed on the 10th waiting day so now I have to wait another 7-10 days for my money.I live on Social Security Disability which is not a lot of money ,I’m now on 14 days of no money at all waiting on them and now must wait again.People beware of them,steer clear of them and tell every one you know to stay away from them.I received 4 different explanations as to what was going on with no definite answers

Been trying to report a horrible company with awful reviews on other sites. The BBB of MN has not responded to anything other than they received my complaint. They allow companies to completely ignore consumer complaints. They are a huge part of the problem. No consequences for any company that ignores complaints which invalidates the entire BBB as a whole and nullifies their existence. Needs to be shut down. Absolutely worthless and rips companies off with high price memberships. Consumers are harmed as well and can’t be warned or helped. Ashamed they operate in MN. Terrible.

We have used Standard Heating and Air Conditioning for years. We have found its technicians to be prompt, polite, efficient and trustworthy in monitoring and repairing our furnace and air conditioner.

We ordered windows in January and were told they would arrive and be installed by May, the installation date was pushed back to late August. Then during installation we noticed the windows were too small and measured wrong, they tried to install them anyways and cover it with 1” quarter round trim. They eventually admitted the mistake and reordered the right size. It is now almost a year later and we haven’t been told when these windows will arrive and be installed. Do not use this company.

I contracted with Brinks security for our home over 3 years ago. Everything went well until it did not. We called them with a problem and they set an appointment for two months for a service person to come out, On that date no salesman and no call. They set up an appointment for another 2 months and got a call the day before that no service man would be coming. They set up another appointment for 2 more months. They set appointment for November 3rd and on that date they sent me text , no serviceman coming. I am not recommending Brinks. Many other problems with company - I expect They will try to get over one thousand from me because I am cancelling them. They have been collecting my monthly payment since June7 2022 which is when the service stopped. I was on auto pay and could not get into my account. They offered me a lower rate while I was working on getting service and I accepted. Later they said I had signed up for 4 more years. As My husband and I are both 80 years old, seems unneccesary and I was not notified of this .

The owner responded to every legit negative review with their comeback full of profanities a few months ago, then finally that person must've got fired, since they deleted all those user reviews and their replies and then claimed their account was hacked and someone else wrote those owner replies, which doesn't add up, because why would the owner defend BBB fiercely with profanities and disparaging replies? Yet another lie I won't forget. This organization is pay to play, pure and simple. They don't care about the consumer, nor any small businesses. They cater to big businesses that pay them off. Yet another corrupt organization full of people who sold their soul away.
