I purchased a blue ox sway pro distribution hitch in mid September for $645. I purchased the 11 hole shank. I did not realize there was a 7 hole shank option. I called and asked to exchange it. I have used it once. There in no damage to it ,it is just the wrong length. They refused to exchange it . They told me to call Blue Ox directly since they were only an authorized distributor. Blue Ox would not allow an exchange either even though I offered to return it and pay shipping. Extremely poor customer service.
