Prices are great and love the competition between the stores.
I am very happy that i can fill my tires with air for free.
The carwash, however, a warning - is something i would avoid - it is not properly maintained and the air dryers do not work.

I am giving this review for this BP on county road 11 in Burnsville because out of all of the BP gas stations I've ever went to this is the first BP gas station I went to where they can't do the math they do not know how to calculate the percentage off and add it to your total gas all they need is a calculator right there when a person come in with a coupon or a percentage off on gas do the math and tell the person the total amount they need to pump into their gas tank instead they sit there arguing back and forth with me telling me we don't do that here we'll just give you the money for whatever the percentage you save on your gas that is very lazy and they do not have the big picture of the concept of saving on gas ⛽ the average person wants to add that extra percentage that they're saving along with a total purchase of gas to get more gas ⛽ and they do not get it so that is why I've given a review of a one because they arguing with me and I ended up just having to pay the full price please help BP with this matter at your station let's get this matter in order and get your employees familiar with this process that is the reason why people stopped to use the gas perks to add it to the gas total to get more gas they are clueless here and they are argumentative rude and would just leave you there like you are the one that is cluelessand that doesn't feel good for a customer that is stopping to get gas let us have much more healthy employee customer service then what I had to just encounter thank you BP

The tobacco store is constantly locked due to staffing issues, resulting in poor customer service. The staff are awkward, offering no greetings, and the store is dirty with a limited selection. Prices are often raised on frequent purchases. However, the food truck owners are great.

I will start by saying I go out of my way to go here because you offer great prices and its good fuel. A 5 star rating would be possible if all of your pay-at-the-pump keypads were in working order. I've been there several times where the keypad was not working and had to go inside or move to a different pump and the latter is close to impossible when it's busy. Also, keep the receipt tape stocked on your pumps outside, for the same reason it then requires me to get it from the clerk . Thank you for replying, it shows you care about the patrons of your establishment, that alone brought this BP to a 4.5!

SCAMMERS! DO NOT GO HERE!!I should have written this review 3 years ago when it happened, but I still cannot believe the audacity of these people. I bought a 2003 Mazda Miata and brought it in July 2020 to get a vehicle inspection just to see where the car was at with maintenance. I made an appointment and dropped it off with my step dad. Later that day they called me to go over everything from the vehicle inspection and ONLY mentioned that my tire tread was low and that I would soon need an oil change. I said great I will come by to pick it up, which I did with my step dad again. He drove the Miata home and let me know that the check engine light was on and that it was VERY jerky and not running the way it was before. I called the shop the next day to let them know about this as it wasn't mentioned when they called me to go over the inspection. When I let them know, they said to bring the car in again and they would take a look at it. After they did, they called me back to say I need new spark plugs, wires, and a whole bunch of other things that were NEVER MENTIONED BEFORE. I asked about the check engine light, and they said that it was already on when I dropped it off the first time. I know for a FACT that it was not on before, and even if it was, why was it not mentioned to me when they were going over the vehicle inspection with me??? They denied doing anything wrong and I was forced to pay over 600 dollars to repair what THEY PURPOSELY BROKE. I should have threatened to get a lawyer and sue them because this was just a scam to get more money out of me!

They went above and beyond to service my vehicle and meet my needs. The mechanic stayed until 11pm on a Friday night to get my vehicle fixed because I needed to be on the road at 5am the next morning. They have most definitely earned my business.
