I've been recently involved in a car accident and needed a rental. The vehicle I request was later not available when I arrived but Muhammad took care of me. He got me a nice SUV and Made sure I was taken care of and answered any questions I asked. Made my day a lot easier and I'll be sure to rent from here any chance I get. We'll respected people who commitment to their work.

We booked a moving truck 2 months in advance. We got a call on Labor Day weekend from Mohammed, days before we move states, stating that our truck isn't available and for us to call customer service. He assured me that they would move our reservation to Bloomington or Minneapolis since they will have trucks available. Customer service told me that there are zero trucks available and that we are SOL. Not only were we deceived, but Mohammed lacked empathy and was short and rude on the phone. Don't use this location unless you want anxiety and to waste your time.

Reservation made for 10am pick up in Burnsville of 24 ft truck. Got there only to find out they don't have one! OPTION 1: wait 2 hours while they have one from Minneapolis to be delivered. OPTION 2: wait 1 hour while they go get a smaller truck from Bloomington. I made my own 3rd option... go to Uhaul!!!!

Had the best rental experience of my life with the Burnsville Budget location. Great customer service and a friendly staff. Thought I was going to need the car longer due to some repairs on my car and I ended up bringing the car back soon than expected and the staff was super helpful.

Awful customer service. Rented a truck a month ago. They cancelled it a day before our move. They rent their trucks to UPS and do not guarantee they will have one for your reservation. We are left with nothing to move with as any other company is booked.

Zero stars. Rented a truck a month ago and they notified us one day before our rental there are no trucks available. Shitty customer service when we called. And now we are left hanging with no rental and no trucks to be found.

We tried reaching this location for 20 minutes by phone on our way to pick up a van on Friday afternoon. We arrived 5 minutes before close & the doors were locked.

Here's my experience. I reserved a truck from Budget for a cross country move and received both an immediate confirmation of the reservation as well as a follow up confirmation just a couple days before the rental date. The night before the rental date, at the end of the business day, I received a call that they didn't have a truck for me. The person on the phone offered nothing but to tell me of the lack of a truck and to go elsewhere. When I call them to complain, the person referred me to their national call center. The call center took the information with a promise to call back in 3 hours (they didn't). When I called them back, they also had nothing to say other than go elsewhere. Their response to my question of what is the purpose of a confirmation was that it didn't guarantee a vehicle and there was nothing they could do. Since there wasn't a down payment required, there wasn't any financial penalty to be pursued. I think anyone reading this can see what a bind this puts their customers in.

My fiancé and I have gotten cars from here multiple times for road trips. Each time we have received extraordinary services from the owner of this Budget location. He is very friendly and has always reserved the best cars for us for the rental period we requested. We have never had any problems with any of the cars we have driven from here and every car has felt very smooth and safe. I highly recommend coming here for car rentals from Mohamed!

Used Budget for an in town move. After calculating the mileage needed for the move the truck was rented with the appropriate mileage purchased. Upon returning the truck I asked if any additional charges would be made and was told no. Several days later I noticed an extra charge. Upon reaching out to the first line customer service I was told we went 50 miles over the purchased mileage. I requested to escalate to the next level of customer service. This level was extremely slow to respond and simply said we'll check with the location and then said we can't help you. At the very best the Budget employees are incompetent and can't enter mileage correctly. At the very worst they are fraudulently charging cards and stealing money from their customers. If you like paying for something you didn't use then this is the place for you.

Over the years we have rented perhaps 4 cars from this company with 100% positive results. I have a rental coming up this August so will update at that time.

I wish there was a no star review. I had a 26' truck reserved for over a month and I received a call 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup time informing me they didn't have a 26' truck available. Now I am scrambling to find a truck within an hour before the movers I have already paid show up.

We stopped in a day early, an hour before closing to see if we could get our car early so we could get a head start on our road trip the next day. The owner was able to accommodate us and give us an awesome daily rate. He also gave us suggestions on how to save money the next time we rent a car. Super friendly! Will rent from here again.
