Oil was overfilled and started leaking. Came back 4 days later and they found and replaced the bad oil filter gasket.

Took ny tundra in to get an oil change and tire rotation and all was fine until I drove on the highway. Started getting a lot of vibration from my wheels and luckily I was able to pull off. 3 of my tires had the luggage nuts barely on. I was able to hand loosen them. Took my truck back the next day because the service advisor said he was going to make it right. About 45 minutes later I talked to the advisor and he told me something that made me feel indifferent. He stated this his team was complaining about it, didnt want to do it, but he made them. A few weeks go by and I trying to take my wheels off. The lug nuts were on there so tight that even with an impact tool, the lug nuts did not come off. Had to take my truck to an autoshop to see if they can loosen them for me. Too much of a coincidence for me. Shame on you Toyota and your techs.

Not overly impressed. Came in for an oil change & tire rotation. Was told it would take about an hour and they would call me when finished. I live an hour away so ran some errands in the area and took my time because I had not received a call. 4 hours passed by so I decided that I’d just wait at Toyota until finished. Pull up to my car sitting out in the parking lot. Went in and explained that I was never called but my car is sitting in the lot. Was told that they probably lost the sheet with my number on it?? All of my information is on my invoice, in the system, and I even wrote it down on the sheet that I had to sign before my car was serviced so not a great excuse.

Slow service and poor communication left me hanging without a vehicle for an extended amount of time. Not a good customer experience.

Staff were pleasant (hence the 2 stars) however stated they would not diagnose the issue due to it occurring on another vehicle that was of similar model. They did not want to diagnose/fix it and charge me for it even at my request and despite that fact that the car is still under warranty. If they’re all broken then none of them are seemed to be the philosophy.

I came here for a routine brake flush on my 05' Prius. I don't believe its ever been replaced at 220K miles so I thought it good to get that out of the way. Service people were friendly. Drove the car home and opened the hood to find the reservoir overfilled to the tippy top, NOT to the max fill line. Surely they would check the level before handing me the keys back. Rather than drive it back and waste my time to have them correct it, I used a turkey baster to suck out the fluid and get it to proper level. In my opinion this is a concerning oversight. For something so simple to check, and so easy for them to do how could they miss this? I wouldn't take my car here again for any major service or minor service of any kind.

Chad was great. Went for oil change and tire sensors and check up. They found a leak. Also needed 2 other things. Chad sent me video of the problems. Problems solved. I have always gone there for car maintenance.

Told them the problem, charged me to “assess the problem” and then never even emailed me the estimate.
Bad communication and overpriced, really had the feeling of a 21st century auto shop trying to squeeze every dollar they could out of you.

The services here are really good. Their waiting room is quite nice too. They provide coffee, water and recently cookies are added. But I wonder why they don’t have popcorn like the other location?

I had to deal with a warranty issue on my Tundra, which is less than two years old, and dealt with Service Manager David G. Even after reaching out five times about the warranty claim, I couldn't get David to help sort it out. It made me feel like my concerns weren't a priority, so I won't be coming back here for service in the future.
