My company currently leases a printer from Great America Financial Services through Coordinated Business Systems. I am appalled at not only the dissatisfaction I have had with all of their hidden fees and poor quality of product for such a steep price, but also their employers are incredibly disrespectful and flat out aggressive. Do not work with this company. You will regret every day you have under their thumb.

I know almost nothing about about CBS because their support showed up, identified how to fix our machine, ordered new parts & left so quickly that I didn't even run into them. Excellent impression so far.

Awesome facilities, great products and sales reps. Check them out if your company needs copiers or phones.

We had a new copier/printer installed this week and everyone from the sales to the delivery person, to tech support, to my personal development specialist were amazing to work with. Smart people that know how to get things done quickly!

I'd give CBS zero stars if possible. I leased a copier after being told by a salesperson the was "more affordable than buying one." OK, I guess I am partly to blame for believing this but due to my lack of research, I ended up paying $10,000 in lease payments for a copier having an initial sales price of maybe 1/3 that amount. Really, just go down the block and see if you can buy a copier or printer for less...you probably can do so. Above else, don't accept anything these ethically challenged people tell you.

Unethical Business Warning!

December 2019 by Steven R.
Unethical Business Warning! Beware of Coordinated Business Systems fine print. Our company has a contract with Coordinated Business Systems to service the printers in our facility. When we discovered it would be much cheaper to buy our own toner and pay for repairs, we told them we no longer want to pay them monthly for service. Only then did we find out that the fine print of a contract we signed AUTOMATICALLY renews the contract every year FOREVER unless we notify them in writing. The contract was signed over 5 years ago. They told us we must continue to pay for 8 more months until the end of the contract term! Caveat Emptor indeed.

Don't expect a drop of customer service once the sale is complete. Dave Spanton will follow through with nothing, unless it's in writing, so make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. He refers to the one page contract, in his chicken scratch, for everything. I will be recording every conversation had with anyone at CBS, in the future.

Steve fixed the problem with the copier and it is working now. He also ordered another part and is coming back to replace it so that it doesn't make so much noise. We didn't even call about that issue. He just took it upon himself to correct it. He was very thorough.

Kirk was able to negotiate a more fair termination with Great America and I was able to successfully set up a return of a copier.

Don't work for this company, it is literally the worst place, they won't give you a raise unless you are sales staff.
