Ok, normally I would give a 5 star review but today I did not enjoy my experience. An 70 older lady name Katie or Kate was folding the clothes having a political discussion about hating on Trump. I could not help but step in to up date them on their facts and not only was you a worker not keeping her political opinion mute at work, she kept cutting me off not letting me finish a statement. I keep my political opinions mute at work and I think Costco should expect that from their employees. On top of that, I called to complain and a manager named Chad said her will talk to the department BUT HE NEVER ASKED FOR THE LADIES NAME WORKING THE FLOOR!

Had a very poor experience with Costco Tire service in Burnsville. The phone call representative was rude and argumentative in regards to taking any questions on the warranty of my Costco tires. The Costco Tire representative refused to give feedback on the warranty process over the phone and stated the only information she could give was to schedule an appointment.
As someone who needed tires replaced quickly due to a blown out tire I did not want to waste my time driving to Costco if the warranty value was going to be insignificant. She could have easily answered my question by giving information on the max warranty value they could offer if the damage was covered. She did not do that and acted like I was ridiculous for having any questions about my warranty or how it worked. Of course after driving in, the warranty value was negligible ($51) and it ended up being cheaper and faster to get the same tires from Discount Tire the same day.

If you’re going to put all of the meat away by 8, then just close at 8 instead of 8:30. Wasted my time going all the way here at a time that worked for me just to walk out without anything I intended on buying.

Customers their are always in a hurry and rude. I have gotten jammed by other carts more times then I can count just because I wasn't moving fast enough. Then afterwards I get snubbed. I will definitely not renew. This was my first time being a member and my last. I will stick to sams club
