Dre was a super hero today. He got my old number retrieved after a computer generated number change, I made. I thought I was chatting with a real person and that I could "chat" a question about a change from a landline. I am so grateful to Dre.

They defenitly need more men working with the young lady she is awesome and helps everybody in a timely matter, I witnessed a young man upset that she didnt give him her number and started harassing her and saying he was going to try to get her fired and wanted corporate number . The young lady was shocked and scared it was embarrassing .

I visited this store yesterday 01/21/24 around 4:15pm to transfer my phone to Cricket and 4:33pm the young lady who was helping me transfer 200 from my cash up account.Today I called the store and asked to talk to the manager and she told me she is the manager.I have every proof they may need.This is the worst I have ever experienced.

I want to start off with I love cricket I been a customer since 2019! But I’m not a fan of my recent experience the other day. I Went there a couple days ago this young lady helped me out with finding a phone of my liking, there was another male worker who didn’t look like he should be working at the time just slurring,dropping things and his breath smelt like liquor. She kept apologizing for how he was acting and assured me she would finish taking care of me in a timely matter. Will be going to another location …..

After some time with mediocre service, I decided to switch to Google Fi. I knew I was close to my billing cycle end date, but I had lines for 4 members of my family on Cricket service. I was successful in moving 3 of the lines before my billing end date and new cycle, but the auto payment still went through and charged me anyway. I called to ask them to refund me the three lines that I transferred before the billing cycle start and they said they wouldn't due to their policy. What a convenient way to steal money from a customer. Save yourself the poor cellular service and bad customer practices and go with a different service instead.

RIDICULOUS, DISHONEST, AND CORRUPT.The employee lied to me saying that it was company policy to purchase a screen protector and case to "save the company money," despite me expressing TWICE that I did not want either. I was charged for the $8 service protection plan without being asked or informed—which I did not want. I came back 20 minutes later for a refund because I do not tolerate dishonest gain. I was refused a refund for the case, which I never wanted. I was not refunded for the $60 phone service that I did not use, nor a refund for the $8 protection plan that I did not know I was charged for. I received $193 out of $309 I spent.
