These people thrive on making you make multiple trips to pick up your medication. They never have medication in stock. Too small of a pharmacy. The one girl with the dreadlocks is rude. Not just once. She is rude every time.

Never again! Picked up a prescription, and was violently ill for that entire night. My body reacted as if it was poison. Nothing I experienced was a common or uncommon side effect. I do realize it might not be for me, but many things have not been for me and didn't cause the same torment. I went to report this and ask them about if something might have been wrong on their end, and got a blank stare. Didn't notate it, didn't offer anything. I realize a refund is odd for this sort of product, but I didn't even get an ounce of sympathy. I cannot risk this again in case there was something wrong with the pills. Walmart's pharmacy has been great, so I'll happily drive an extra 5 minutes.

They should put trained people and not useless people here in this pharmacy. People come looking for their medicine and they can't find it because they don't know how to use the computer well and they just tell you that it's not there and when you go to another pharmacy they quickly give it to you. In short, useless people.

The pharmacists here are not very friendly, and are sometimes rude, and there's always a wait to retrieve your prescriptions.

The only transportation I have right now is my Harley Sportster and the bus I asked If I could purchase some twelve packs of soda and come back and pick them up..Not entirely unreasonably and was flat out denied and told well the sales going on for longer than usual... Customer Service should be called disservice instead. What's worse is the Cub that's very close to me doesn't exist right now because it's a construction site where a new store is being built.

I almost don't want to share my review because I don't want them to get as busy as a Walgreens, but I have to say, this is the greatest pharmacy experience I've ever had. Everyone is so kind, patient, thoughtful and helpful it blows my mind. I sure hope it means these employees are treated right, because dang, they deserve it. I get so stressed out about filling meds and insurance, ect., the first few times I called where they were so nice and made it so easy and clear to me, I literally cried after because of how surprised and relieved I was. Pharmacists and techs have such a grueling and thankless job, I'd never expect this level of care and attention. So much sincere gratitude for everyone working at this lovely, lovely pharmacy. Thank yall so much.

I've been a Customer for a couple of years, although I feel fantastic, have some chronic medical issue's, I need these folks! They ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH SUCH FRIENDLINESS, Thank tou All at the Cub Pharmacy for such Professional service!!

I was very sick. Struggling to pick up my perscriptions. They made a mistake and put someone else perscription in my bag. The pharmacy worker triple checked my prescription bag , assuring me they were all mine. After taking them for 4 days I realized one of the medications was prescribed to a different customer. By that time the incorrect medication had me too sick and hurt to move.

Every time I come here I always feel welcomed. The ones that have been there for long enough always greet me by name! They always make sure to inform me on any type of changes with my prescriptions and they always make sure that they explain the dosages and steps. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and I will continue to! They do an amazing job!
