The pharmacy was closed when I came to get my prescription due to no staff so people are sick n not able to get there medication when they are not staffed. Pulled up to the pharmacy drive through the next day upon getting two of my filled prescriptions I was then told by the pharmacist one of my prescriptions was not ready and that I would have to drive back around the drive through line n get back in line to give the pharmacist 5 minutes to fill my prescriptions keep in mind I am already in the drive through line there is 3 cars behind me n would be a total of at least 15-20 minutes more wait time when it was only 5 minutes stated the pharmacist would have needed to verify my medication what a joke what’s the point in having a drive thru if ur just going to be inconvenience with there unorganized this pharmacy is a joke you will die in need of a fill

This is not my regular pharmacy, but mine was closing too soon to pick up a prescription from urgent care. I searched nearby and found this CVS. The employees helped fill the prescription asap for my child. They helped when they realized the prescription wasn't covered by insurance by contacting the provider to tweak the prescription. They worked quickly and efficiently and I really appreciated their compassion.

Went to pick up a prescription for my infant & was told it wasn’t in stock. They said they would have it the next day. When I can back, 2 days later to give extra time, it STILL wasn’t in stock. Was told to wait another hour and they could have somebody bring it in. Once I got a call from them an hour later they only had bad news AGAIN that they didn’t get it. Will never go back to this pharmacy again. It’s been a hassle and have just been referred to a different chain to get the meds my baby needs.

CVS has been great. I was visiting another state and my doctor called me with a test result requiring an antibiotic. He sent the prescription to one of the local CVS pharmacies. They were wonderfully efficient and had all my information on file because I was in their system.

Went in for a covid vaccine today. Person behind counter was not checking in customers. The person behind the counter would not make eye contact or acknowle the customers standing in line. After 10 minutes standing I began to authentically wonder if the person even saw us standing there. Poor customer service, left without vaccination. Never again.

I called to get a refill. Someone named Shannon was very rude and mean to me. I think she should have all her calls reviewed. Someone like this should not be working in this industry. I will be switching pharmacies.

I have had many, MANY interactions with most of the staff here. They are friendly and efficient. They handle general questions just as well as they handle medication questions. I read some of the other reviews that clearly have more to do with our failing healthcare system and insurance bureaucracy. It's unfair to take out those frustrations on these HUMAN BEINGS who really do their very best. They also have to deal with questions about Target and random products, and ring those up as well. Show a little kindness and understand and get some in return.

The pharmacist that helped me was EXTREMELY RUDE! She told me that MY insurance WAS the ONLY one that they DIDN'T take! There's NOTHING UNUSUAL about my Insurance,it's JUST General low cost medical assistance through healthpartners,She had the LOOKING down on me attitude to me,& there was NO reason for my insurance to be refused.

Poor management here. They are completely unmanageable, overwhelmed, unorganized, and entirely inconsiderate. one of them hates their job. Seriously, medication is expensive enough. Drug stores that treat paying customers like they are an inconvenience do not deserve the revenue. Wake up CVS. I guess they feel they're big enough that it doesn't matter. I wish everyone would take their business to companies that value their customers. It would make a difference. I switched and have experienced much better service and better prices at Costco. CVS is overpriced and they gradually increase their prices for long term customers instead of decreasing them. That said, I'll gladly pay a premium for convenience but I won't pay for someone to disrespect my time and my business.
