Everyone was super nice and organized. I was looking for shoes and this really sweet man named Anthony helped me- thanks to him I found what I was looking for and he made it super easy and less stressful (because they are expensive). If you are ever looking to get shoes there ask for him! ;)

Absolutely atrocious experience. As someone who works in customer service I understand the struggle. I’m always mindful to be calm and collected and communicate want I need right away to make it easy and simple for the staff. But the staff at this Burnsville location were moody and rude, and had no interest of helping anyone. The manager on duty was no help as well I offered common solutions I would suggest as I am a manager myself. And he simply kept repeating it isn’t possible. Needless to say, my experience was unpleasant, and I will not be returning again.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had at Dick’s Sporting Goods customer service has went out the window asked them if they had something they did not even look they just said no I wandered around for about 30 to 45 minutes finally found what I asked them that they had decided against purchasing it, even though they had it And bought it from Amazon. This is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business lack of customer service let’s get with the program here people.

I loved the service from employee Liam Cramer. He was extremely helpful in the sports section! He was so kind and really pointed me in the right direction. Love the atmosphere at Dicks. Very clean and well ran store.

Good, but very few offers. It's written all over that items with red stickers have 90% off and one with pink has 10%. But unfortunately most of the items were pink. Couldn't find any single item with 90% discount.

I went there to buy shoes. The person that helped me did their best, they were rolling around helping everybody that they could. It's a shame that they were the only person that seem like they were helping people.

Had to do a doordash for clothes and my compliments to Jenny she was amazing and patient. Helped me find items so thankful for store employees like this.

Don’t go to this store! When I go alone, I’m followed. Today when I went with my husband and we were totally ignored, after I asked the employee to acknowledge us. Absolutely rude. They don’t want black people in the store. Don’t spend your money there!

Use to love this place. They no longer sell clearance items. They had them all trucked out from every location overnight. Now you will hardly ever see a decent deal in their stores. This is the worst location. Any rack that says up to 90% has no discounts anymore than 20% off. It's a joke. The managers here are the cheapest. Part of why Burnsville mall is dying.
