Received several order pick-up notifications for an online order. Went to go pick up a few days later. The CRS reviewed my printout for 2 minutes without saying a word before asking who it's for. Me...as it clearly is printed on the sheet. Awkward.In any case, despite the print-out and showing a different email stating all of my items are available for pick-up, he said he only has one item for me and can't give me the rest even though they have it in-stock because he can't take it out of the store inventory.I called corporate to inquire while I was still there and all I could ever get was no answer or voicemails over 10 mins of attempts.I reached out via email later and they were able to confirm that the items should've been at the store for pick-up. The store was notified to assist with this order and now it is end of day and I have not heard a single word from the store.Hey, I guess the recent review talking about how they only treat "loyal accounts" well may have bit of truth to it. At this point, I'm not even being treated like a customer.

Years if money spent at this location. I walked in the other day. Place is completely blocked off from customers. Was told they don't want walk in customers any more. They just want to "deal with loyal accounts". That was quite insulting. I get it. Business is Business. But to say "Loyal accounts" leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I don't mind waiting for shipping from a site or local Hardware store after that. Not worth the price if they act like that.

They're always friendly and always get what I need. They even gave me a couple screws for free a couple years ago when I didn't have any small bills on me. I don't go anywhere else when I need any replacement screws, bolts, washers, etc. If they don't have it or can't get it, it doesn't exist.
