I rarely need shipping services so I'm not familiar with all the features and processes. I was sent a shipping label via email and told to take the item and email to any FedEx. The employee was annoyed at me for asking how to print the label. Rolled his eyes, scoffed, huffed and puffed.

The guy who does the photos is always super super helpful and explains really well what their machines can do. He saved me a ton on my photos when I had to get them rush printed for a portfolio and waited there to help me decide. Their employees are the best and should all get a million dollar raises in my opinion, super professional and helpful

The manager was very rude when printing a simple document. I don't care if you have only two printers, if I'm using one, respect my personal space, some people need privacy when printing.

This FedEx location is my go-to spot for dropping off pre-paid packages and returns. Super quick, in and out in seconds sometimes. Prompting my review was the appreciation for the designated parking spots this Center has outside. The surrounding shopping center is so busy and having parking that I can swing into for my brief shipping errand is such a perk of this location.

I specifically asked for a weight on my receipt and the guy says okay I’ll get you a receipt and purposely doesn’t weigh the package. Pure laziness.

I cannot say enough great things about the team at this location. They have helped me SO many times with print products for my small business. They helped me learn how everything works, how to prep and send files, formatting, etc. They've even caught a typo and alerted me before printing. Always willing to help out however they can. This is my go-to spot for printing.
