Our tax adviser was difficult with which to work, was defensive, not client oriented, entered incorrect data on our return and was very unprofessional. This is an exception relative to the previous 4 years we have had H&R Block do our returns.

Don’t come here Unless you want to pay $400 and be disrespected . I had dropped off my tax documents and the supposive lead tax professional Brian, said that he would look at my taxes in between clients. Two weeks later he still had not looked at my taxes. I don’t know if it was because I was a woman or he felt like other people had more priority over me, but I thought it was incredibly disrespectful and he refused to have a face-to-face meeting when I arrived to pick up my documents.

I always get my refund faster when I use Block and it is always done accurately!

As a former CPA - I had such an unprofessional experience - avoid Bryan. I ended up having to switch offices to meet my tax deadline - as when I followed up to check in on progress I received an email back "you know I have other returns to do other than yours... right". If I wouldn't have called in and switched - I believe I would've missed the deadline as Bryan had taken over a week without any progress or communication sans the snarky comment. Go to the office on east lake instead - they were professional and prompt!

Elizabeth is racist, she made comments when we were alone. she made me come back 4 times, and my taxes still weren't done. I had lu perez. She's the receptionistnot a tax person Fished my taxes on the 15th of March . And they are still not filed right.. if your a person of color i would not go there .. in the end I did turbo tax very happy and cheaper.
