Disappointed that hooded sweatshirt was not available in color or size needed. Self checkout was cumbersome as clothing purchased had security tags and process to remove cumbersome and directions not clear. I still had to get an associate to help which defeated the “self check out” idea . Whole visit felt impersonal.

Team members went against their sister store and wouldn’t take a coupon and rather than explaining it respectfully they were quite rude and very disrespectful. Couldn’t find what I was looking for because the store was in disarray…. Now I know why I stopped shopping at Kohl’s years ago and shut off my Kohl’s card. Won’t be back, I would personally go to another Kohl's if you have to shop there…..

Kohls is a great place to return your Amazon packages. Also my wife can always find help with something in the Sephora section. They have a good section for toddlers too, my daughter loves to run around and look at the toys and clothes.

My time at Kohl's was spent very fast I ran in to get a shirt it was okay not too harsh I was able to ring myself up There were no lines.

This store seems to be always under construction and messy. Having a set of doors closed makes it even worse for handicapped folks like me. Their plus-size women's clothes were few and hard to find. I have other Kohl's nearby that aren't such a disaster.

Wanda was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took her time explaining what all the products can be used for. I was looking for something to clear up acne, and she made me feel comfortable and understood that everyone has breakouts, so don't worry too much about it. Her positive attitude was refreshing and I will definitely be back!
