Michael is always rude. Every single time he rings me up, he mumbles, groans, says “oh my god” , tosses things, has an attitude, or stay completely mute. He’s never been friendly and even if I “kill him with kindness” it makes my his temper worse. Basically when he’s working I know either to drive away or don’t speak while being rung up. I can’t even ask for a propane tank without him getting frustrated.. I live next to buck hill so this is my closest gas station but I cant put up with his poor service anymore.

Will be the third that I’ve drove to that claim that they’re either open late or 24 hours this particular store says 24 hours. Guess what it’s 1144 and nobody’s here thank you for making me waste my time and drive around this late late at night.

Michael the cashier was very unwelcoming and seemed to be aggressive when becoming frustrated about me asking questions about products in there store. Even tossed my change in my hand. If he doesn’t like his job he should not be on the front end.

Not a fantastic experience stopping in this store... They had about 8 items available in the hot case and no one at a register! I waited about 30 seconds for someone to come and help me.

I'm a regular at kwik trip and I'm not very happy that the website says they're open 24 hours a day and they're not I'm not from the area and it was very disappointing to come here and have this happen

Great neighborhood location. Awesome & friendly staff! The bad eggs that used to work here a few years ago have all been fired from the company.

Date of Review: 04/11/2023 - We try to avoid this Kwik Trip, honestly, unless we're just grabbing a bottled soda or water. They are just too small of a location to offer the options that a larger Kwik Trip can & their parking lot is way too small for the number of folks trying to visit right off the highway.

This particular location is one of the dirtiest stores I've ever been too. Several weeks ago I stopped in and the floors looked like they had never been mopped in several days. The restroom was the most disgusting I've ever been in.Today's visit was a bit better, but not much. The floors looked better, but they do not compare to other Kwik Trips in the area. The bathroom, however, did not improve in its cleanliness sinks, floors and urinal area were gross.This is a signal of how the store is run my management.

No coffee made. NO COFFEE? Mens Bathroom looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned since opened with dirt in the corners and the sink is so dirty I didn’t even want to wash my hands. This is NOT a Kwik Trip that is being managed.
